A young man is neglected by his family is dropped off at an orphanage then finds a monster not far from the orphanage grounds and the two make a contract now the two are tied in a world saving journey.

A young couple with two children both girls came walking out of an orphanage with smiles on their faces, while inside the orphanage the caretaker was left with a nine-year-old boy who was silently crying in front of the desk not knowing why he was left there.
Boy's thoughts: Was I bad? Was it something I did?
While those two questions ran through the boys head a gentle hand touched his shoulder causing him to look up. The caretaker hugged the small boy who hugged backed crying heavily. Releasing from his sadness and loneliness the caretaker took him to his new room.
-Timeskip a year later-
The young boy was sitting under a shade of a tree on the orphanage grounds as he watched the others play. It was almost that time of year when people would donate items to the orphanage though the boy rarely got up from his tree. The boy then felt something on his right shoe causing him to look at the object on his shoe to see it was a buddy fight training card, he picked it up and examined it.

Just then the card began to glow causing it to disappear and in its place was the monster on the card.

The other children gasped at the sight and were chatting amongst themselves.
Demios: I'm Purgatory Knight Leader, Demios Sword Dragon, tell me child why have you summoned me?
The boy looked up at Demios with a hollow empty gaze.
Boy: I didn't summon you your card just glowed, and you appeared.
Demios looked towards the group of children then back at the boy.
Demios: How come you're not playing with the other children your age?
Boy: I don't fit in.
Demios: How so?
Boy: All those kids lost their loved ones to the disaster while I was just dopped here by my former family for no reason.
Demios: WHAT?!
Boy: They just said to the caretaker of the orphanage that they disowned me then they left with my two older siblings, a year has passed since then and I still don't know why they did this to me.
Demios just looked at the boy with sadness he really need someone in his life after his birth family just left him at the orphanage for no reason at all.
Demios: Have you tried picking up BuddyFighting?
Boy: I have thought about it but none of the worlds seem to fit me.
Demios: (Pulls out a flag card and hands it to the boy) Then how about this world?
The boy gently took the card from Demios's hand and looked at it was a darker purple colored version of dragon world.

Boy: Darkness Dragon World, but you look like a monster from Dragon World.
Demios: My team and I were from Dragon World, but we sealed ourselves from within the doorways of the world to stop an invasion of monsters from Darkness Dragon World, but now the monsters from Darkness Dragon World have gathered under a dark deity with his buddy and are plaining on trying to take our homeland again, will you help us defend our homeland again from this deity?
The boy thought abut the offer for a minute before he came to a decision.
