When a young man makes a joke wish about taking Issei's place as the Red Dragon Emperor, he gets the wish granted! At the cost of his manhood, that is.
We see the middle of the night a nice house in a rural area of Japan.

The scene then goes inside of the house, showing a nursery, and the peaceful night is interrupted, as a 2 month old baby in a crib starts crying. The door then opens, as a young woman comes walking in, and picks up the crying baby.

The woman picks up the baby, and starts patting her on the back, but it doesn't work, as the young infant is still crying.
???: Oh, are you hungry~? Let mommy take care of that for you.
The woman then lifts down her shirt, as well as her bra and starts breastfeeding the young infant, she sighs and starts speaking to herself, while also looking at the infant Takina.
???: Oh, Takina... I wish I could stay with you longer but, as long as "it's" finding new hosts, and hunting our family, then I fear that you will never have the perfect life that you might want in the future.
After a minute, Takina stops, and the woman pats her on the back, making her burp. As she places her on the bed, the woman turns on the infants mobile, and as the child looks in awe, she kisses the girl on the head.
???: I love you, and your older sister... just the way you are. Always...
The woman then turns off the lights and leaves the room, cleaning up her face for the night. She then looks around, and puts on a new attire, even bringing out a sword.
