When a young man makes a joke wish about taking Issei's place as the Red Dragon Emperor, he gets the wish granted! At the cost of his manhood, that is.
We see Y/n holding out her blade at Cao Cao, waiting for him to make the first move.
Cao Cao: Leonardo, would you be a dear and create some friends for our guest to warm up with?
A young boy then walks out, and uses his Sacred Gear to create a ton of giant monsters.

Y/n: *sigh* Son of a bitch. I did some research on Sacred Gears, and I learned that this is Annihilation Maker, correct?
Cao Cao: You got that right. As you've just witnessed, this Longinus can create anything that the user desires, and since Leonardo can create special anti-monsters that can target any opponent's weakness, we've made monsters that'll harm your dragon side.
Y/n smirks at this and starts thinking to herself as she desummons her blade.
Y/n: So it's the same type of Sacred Gear as my Imagination Creation, just with a hell of a lot more nerfs.
Y/n: You know, it's annoying that a Sacred Gear like that's in your hands. Sorry, but I won't be using you for this fight, Ddraig.
Ddraig: It's fine! I'll keep boosting your power as much as I can!
Y/n: That's what I like to hear!
Y/n then walks over to Kunou and whispers something to her, which she nods her head to.
Cao Cao: You really think you can take all of these on yourself? Quite cocky, aren't ya'?
Y/n: Yeah, I can be a bit cocky. But since you've told me it's power, I can easily do this! KUNOU, NOW!
Kunou then jumps into the air, and Y/n unleashes the Quirk of Tomura Shigaraki, destroying the entire bridge. This does have Cao Cao and the others jump back a bit, in shock of what happened.
Cao Cao: How did you...? You don't have any power like that!!!!
Y/n: Oh, you thought my swords were attached to my Sacred Gear~? Yeah, no. It's my artificial Sacred Gear. To put it simply, it's a WAY better version than that kid's Sacred Gear.
Cao Cao: Don't you think you're done yet!
Hero Faction Girls: Red Dragon Empress! We're taking you down!
Y/n: *scoffs* Fine. Try me!
As the girls try to attack Y/n, she simply dodges the attacks with ease.
Y/n: Now it's Y/n Time!
Y/n then brings out Shulk's Monado, and starts going through the Monado Arts, shocking the girls.
