A/n: Story covered has changed from it's original, due to me entering the final arc of this story!
When a young man makes a joke wish about taking Issei's place as the Red Dragon Emperor, he gets the wish granted! At the cost of his manhood, that is.
We now see everyone in the ORC, with Y/n telling Rias what she knew. However, to say Rias was pissed about this was an understatement.
Rias: I AM ABSOLUTELY LIVID RIGHT NOW!!! *to Raynare* Why didn't you and Y/n let me know that the Governor General of the Fallen Angels was here in my territory.
Raynare: You probably wouldn't have believed me.
Y/n: She does make a point make a point Rias. I wouldn't have believed Raynare if I wasn't there.
Rias: *sigh* You make a point. But still! Not only was he in my territory, he was making moves towards someone I promised I would protect! He deserves to die a thousand deaths!
Y/n: Please don't actually do that...!
Y/n: Seriously, don't! He's seems to be the only person I have towards leads on not only figuring out where my mother could possibly be, but also my younger sister!
Koneko: So is there really going to be a bunch of leaders being here?
Rias: There are. I was a bit skeptical when my brother mentioned it to me, but Y/n confirmed it with what she learned. We're going to need to make a plan and discuss what will happen in the future. Any one have thoughts on the matter?
Xenovia: With this happening, all relationships will be changed.
Raynare: No kidding. How everyone sees each other will change; For better or for worse.
Rias: That's exactly why a meeting of this sort happening so suddenly could make things more complicated in the long run. I honestly can't help but wonder what's really going on. I do have a theory, and it has to do with Az-
Y/n: No, I don't think it's because of Azazel. He could've done it at any time yet he didn't. Though if I were to guess, I think it might have to resolve around what Kokabiel was planning and what Raynare did.
Raynare: Wait, seriously?!
Rias: Now that you're bringing it up, it is theoritcally possible.
Raynare: *nervous sweating*
Rias: But Raynare has actually been atoning for what she's done. Don't worry, Raynare. I'll do what I can to make sure you aren't punished.
Raynare: Thank you, Rias!
*Time-skip*
We now see the ORC outside near the pool, which is completely dirty.

Y/n: Th-This... is the pool...?
Raynare: I don't even think it can be called a pool.
Akeno: Well, it hasn't been used since last year, what do you expect?
Xenovia: What confuses me is why we have to clean it.
Rias: Normally, it would be the student council's job, but I thought that taking this on for them would be a way to thank them for being support and having the barrier in the first place. On the plus side, once we do finish, the pool will be ours to use for a little while.
