Even as the days went by, the same smile you had on your face during your picnic date with Larissa failed to be removed. The whole date was perfect and you wouldn't have changed a single thing.

Marilyn grew curious of your overly happy mood, but had failed to get any word out of you since you had been keeping your feelings towards Larissa to yourself, not wanting to be surprised to find out Larissa had shapeshifted again.

Larissa on the other hand, couldn't seem to keep her hands off of you. Whenever she had the chance, she would sneak in to touch your hand just to feel your soft skin against her own again. But the best part of it all, was when Larissa had to quietly bring you into numerous supply closets just to pull you into a kiss whenever she needed you close to her without the fear of wandering eyes.

Today, however, it was much harder for her to stay close to you as all those who attend Nevermore were all at Jericho for Outreach Day, which meant you and Larissa had to keep your eyes on the plethora of students wandering around the small town.

After Larissa sent everyone out on their tasks, you two were able to get a few minutes to yourselves at the Weathervane after Larissa spotted you slightly shivering from the crisp fall air. The two of you sat across from each other, quietly sipping at your warm mugs of hot chocolate. Your hands wrapped tightly around the glass, the heat instantly coursing through your body to warm you up. Larissa let out a small sigh of relief she didn't realize she had been holding when she noticed the pink from the cold slowly fade away from your cheeks.

"Better?" She questioned, deep blue eyes scanning your face with visible concern.

"Much. Thank you, Larissa."

You attempted to hide your frown at the tone of the conversation, as you were unable to show her just how thankful you were, but instead had to stick with words as the two of you weren't alone in the small café. Instead, all you could really do was touch your heeled foot against her own under the table.

"It's my pleasure." Larissa mumbled, only loud enough for you to hear, as she rested her chin against her gloved hand. A small smile formed against her bright lips when she felt your small touch. Larissa immediately reciprocated your action, giving your foot a small nudge back.

Neither of you had realized how much you both had leaned in over the table, completely in your own little world, until a man walked up to your table to address Larissa. The unknown man noticed you sitting across from Larissa, and introduced himself as the Mayor.

"It's so nice to meet you, sir! I'm Y/N Addams." You give him a warm smile, extending your hand out to greet him, which he instantly shakes with a returning smile.

"Miss Addams here is one of our newest faculty members, along with Marilyn here." Larissa added, earning a small face falter from you at her sudden formality, which didn't go unnoticed by the blonde before you quickly fixed your expression just as Marilyn joined into the conversation at the mention of her name.

You quietly sipped on your hot chocolate as Larissa introduced the two, before Larissa asked Marilyn to keep an eye on Wednesday. The redhead of course agreed, giving you a small smile before heading out.

"Well, I should be heading back now. It was a pleasure meeting you, Miss Addams." The Mayor shook your hand once more before giving Larissa a small nod and grabbing a cup of coffee before leaving the two of you alone once more.

As you finished your hot chocolate, you couldn't help but feel slightly taken back at the way Larissa introduced you. It was the way she had always done it before, but this time it had frustrated you and you didn't know why. She felt your foot leave hers and eyed you with a slightly confused face as she saw you retreating into your own head.
