"Zayn! I'm home!" I yelled, walking around the whole house.
"Aye you're little turd if your gonna scare me then scare me!" I looked at my surroundings. Nobody standing in the dark, everything just really quiet.
"Zayn?" I called out.
Suddenly a body flew in front of mine, "AHHH!" They held a bat up, the man swung it. I screamed until I realized that it was my farther.
"Dad put the bat down!" I yelled at him. He threw the bat across the floor as he held onto his chest breathing very loudly.
I glared at him, "What was that for?!"
He wailed his arms around after he caught his breath again. "You scared the crap outta me!" He huffed.
"Me?! You scared the living day lights outta me!" I argued back.
Dad was about to say something until the lights turned out, mum standing in her Pj's near the door way to the stairs. Dad and I looked over at each other before lifting our fingers us and pointing it at each other.
"He did it!"
"She did it!"
Mum clicked her tongue as she stared at my father and I argue with one another. She did not looked pleased one bit.
This is what we get?
An angry glare from my mum?!
For coming home?!
"Both of you to bed." Mum glared at us. Dad and I hung our heads low as we walked back to our rooms, her arm reached out to mine and she yanked me back.
"You stay." She looked at me.
"Go." She glared at my dad.
Mum sighed and let my arm go and walked over to the couch. "Why are you coming home so late?"
"Zayn had a surprise for me." I batted my eyes. Mum shook her head disapprovingly.
"What?" I questioned.
"I got a call from your principle..." She frowned. "We go first thing in the morning, go to bed now."
"Yes ma'am." I stood up and ran off to my room.
This better be good.
******
I quickly steady my position to make a run for it. There is no way that I was gonna stay in that room called the dream crusher. Who knows?! The principle could tell my mum and dad that I will not be graduating.
I felt a hand grabbed the back of my shirt, my body being pulled back. "Oh c'mon!" I wailed. My dad giving me a grin as he petted my head.
"Calm down dog," Dad laughed. Mum stared over at us before walking to the door and knocking.
The door opened, Zayn stood there with a huge smile on his face. I glared at him and pried dad's hand off my shirt. My parents both entering and Zayn holding to door for me.
"Why the sad face?" He asked. I glared at him and walked in.
The sound of the door shutting made it seem as if we were all in a scary movie. The principle is actually pretty scary too, everyone is. "Sit," Mum glared at me.
I raised my hands up and sat next to her. There was a chair next to me, empty and stupid Zayn had to just come sit with me.
"Please infatuate me with some news on my daughter." Mum sighed. The principle quickly grabbed some papers and handed about three to my dad. Which my mum yanked them out of my dads hands.
