immediately after saying that, an unknown entity flies across the port knocking out the Blooper pirates holding the four hostage, revealing himself to be Silver's right hand man, Chester
Chester: Sorry to rain on your parade Kelpy, but looks like the killings been canned.
Silver and his men hop down from the roof and join up with Chester
Silver: Nice rescue there Chester. Still as accurate as ever.

Kelpbeard: draws sword Attack!
Kelpbeard and Silver's crew duke it out with one another while Chester unties Gooly, Bomber, Kassie, and Lackertu to help fight, while Silver helps Sushie get back up

Sushie: Trust me, this ain't me first rodeo of other pirates intervening with us.
Silver: Well in any case, how's about we start over. The name's Silver. Long Fin Silver. Highest ranking Cheep Cheep pirate on the Mushroom Kingdom seas.
Sushie: I'm Sushie. Captain Sushie. Fifth highest ranking Cheep Cheep pirate on the Mushroom Kingdom seas.

Sushie: So, you were after Kelpbeard's compass I take it?
Silver: Indeed. I'd had always been hunting that compass down years ago to locate Gooper Blooper, but me drive to get it truly peaked not too long ago when I discovered something incredible; The weakness of Gooper Blooper.
Sushie: What!?
Silver: Indeed. No one believed it was real and that Gooper Blooper was invincible. But, if this intel is true, I might be able to bring him down once and for all. I just need that and, spots the compass near some barriers, and also spots Kelpbeard eyeing the compass as well the compass.
Kelpbeard rushes towards the compass to snatch it first, but Silver uses Tidal Wave to shoot himself there and grab it first
Silver: Looking for something?
Kelpbeard: Give it back! Right now!
Silver: I'd like to see you try.
The two engage in sword combat, but after some time, Kelpbeard knocks Silver sword away and lifts his sword up to bring it down on him
Sushie: seeing Silver in trouble SILVER! shoots water and creates a Water Block around Silver, causing Kelpbeard's sword to effectively do no damage
Silver: opens his eyes and see's what's going on Huh?
Kelpbeard: stunned What in the...!?
Sushie comes in and knocks Kelpbeard to the ground as Silver retreats from the Water Block and grabs his sword to point towards Kelpbeard
Silver: So, do you yield?
Kelpbeard: getting up I, will never, yield, t... gets shocked by a sparky
Sherrif Sparky: Welp, that'll shut him up. I'll have him brought in to Rouge Port jail where he'll never see the light of day again. takes him away
Sushie: ... He's gonna break out somehow.
Silver: Trust me I've seen this before.
Sushie's crew meet up with her
Gooly: panting Captain. Are you ok?
Sushie: I'm good , Gooly. No thanks to Silver here.
Silver: looking at Sushie and her crew Say, how's about you guys hop aboard my ship. You can rest up there and tend to your wounded. bearing down at the still burning port It'll probably the safest place anyway.
Kassie: Thank you Silver. Bomber and Lackertu will help me escort our crew to your ship for medical attention.
Silver: Chester, lend the three a fin if you don't mind.
Chester: Aye aye, Captain.
Silver: Sushie, Gooly. Follow me aboard. There's something I'd like to discuss with you.
Sushie: Alright then.
Sushie and Gooly follow Silver onto his ship, while the rest tend to the port and their injured crew members
