It took four infuriatingly long days before Felix's mother to decided Jjaek-jjaek was well enough to fly.
Felix sat next to her at the dining room table, wearing shorts and a T-shirt but still sweating in the heat. "How come you're writing so many letters?" He asked her curiously.
She was fastening her third letter to the leg of Jjaek-jjaek, who was growing increasingly unsure. "This letter," she pointed at the smaller envelope, "if for Minerva McGonagall, directly at Hogwarts. This letter," she pointed at a scroll behind Jjaek-jjaek's foot, "Is for Albus Dumbledore. I have some questions for him. And the last letter," she pointed at a scrap of paper folded in half, "is to sign up for some catalogs."
"Catalogs?" Felix stared at the tiny scrap of paper, "why do you need catalogs?"
His mom patted Jjaek-jjaek's feathers, her face looking exhausted. "House catalogs. I'll need to find us a new house, in Korea.""We're- we're moving??"
"I'll have to. I don't want to be that far away from you. It's just practical."
Felix's eyes grew wide. He'd get to live in Korea!? As much as Australia was his home, he'd always wanted to visit Korea, always wanted to live among other wizards. And now, they would be living in the place with the highest wizard population in the world. Japanese, Chinese and even American wizards came to Korea just to enjoy full muggle free towns and cities. Felix got to his feet, excited. "We better pack! How are we getting there? By plane?"
His mom nodded, looking deep in thought. "Yes, I think we better take the plane. But Lixie, we won't be leaving until August."
"You can never be too prepared," Felix responded.
Felix's mother finished fasting the last letter, and gave Jjaek-jjaek a final pat on his feathery head. "Can you go send Jjaek-jjaek on his way?"
Felix recognized it as an attempt to curb his enthusiasm, but held out his arm anyway. The old owl hopped onto his arm and crawled quickly up onto his shoulder. Jjaek-jjaek began pecking at Felix's hair, but Felix swiped his beak away. "I don't," He opened the back door and stepped outside, "have lice."
The owl gave an unbelieving squawk before taking off into the air. Felix watched Jjaek-jjaek fly, a little lopsided, north. Towards Korea, where Felix himself would soon follow. He felt another flutter of excitement in his chest.

Over two weeks after Felix had gotten the letter of acceptance, he lay asleep in his room. Sun beams of early morning fell across a scene that was a lot more cluttered than the weeks prior. Books lay opened across the floor, notes strewn on top of them. A massive trunk sat in the corner, half opened with clothes halfway out of it.
Felix himself was fast asleep, so deeply sleeping he didn't hear the quiet click click from outside his window.
It came again, more urgently. Click! Click!
Felix turned over in his sleep, muttering to himself.Click! Tap tap, Click!
Felix's eyes slid open. "What is it?" He murmured sleepily, "I'm up, I'm up."CLICK!
Felix's eyes finally found the window and the very angry owl flapping outside of it. He jumped up quickly, shoving the window open.
