The weeks up to August 21st went by surprisingly quickly. He and his mom had spent the time packing, choosing a house to buy, and buying plane tickets. Felix woke up early the day of their departure, August 20th. He sat up, yawning and looking around his room.
His trunk was packed and sitting next to his bed, but other than that the room was empty. A muggle couple was moving in next week, and thier young daughter would take Felix's room. Felix felt another pang of sadness. He would miss this room, this life. Then his eyes fell on the letter on top of his trunk. It was crumpled, but his father's thin handwriting was still readable. What would it be like, meeting his father?
What would it be like living in Korea?
Felix had used the time to read over the two textbooks him and his mother owned, but it had been a slow process.
He didn't have much experience reading Korean, there were many words he didn't know. He'd never even spoken Korea to anybody but his mother. Would he even be able to understand a lecture in Korean? Nervousness bubbled in his chest, but he pushed it down. This is what he had wanted, to attend Hogwarts.
Felix got to his feet and dressed quickly in some muggle clothes; a thin sweatshirt and jeans, then tucked the letter into the sweatshirt pocket, zipping it in.He grabbed on end of the truck and began to pull it down the stairs, wincing at each bump. If his mom hadn't been awake, she was now.
To his relief the smell of eggs and bacon greeted him once he got his trunk downstairs. "Good morning!" His mom called cheerily from the kitchen.
"<Good Morning>" Felix responded, tugging his trunk past the kitchen and down the hall, finally leaving it in front of the door. When he entered the kitchen his mom had lated out two plates full of food.
"So here's the plan," she began as Felix dug into his plate hungrily, "We board the plane at noon, and we should reach Korea by 8 in the evening, 7 in Korean time. We won't have time to settle into our new house, but we can at least unpack some of our things and hopefully get a good night's sleep. The next day we'll eat breakfast at a Korean shop and meet up with your-" she faltered, "with Hajoon for lunch. After lunch you, me and Minho can go to Diagon Alley and shop for school supplies. Sounds good?"
Felix nodded, and he meant it. Shopping with his brother sounded fun. He'd watched muggle movies with his classmates before, and twins always seemed to have a special connection. He wondered if Minho acted like him at all.
Did he also like reading his school books? Was he also nervous to start at Hogwarts? Did he also like cooking?

The plane ride flew by quickly with Felix's books to accompany him. A History of Magic and One Thousand magical Herbs and Fungi were well worn now, and Felix had read both of them through at least twice. By the time the plane landed, his head hurt from all the Korean characters circling around in his head.
