The man with the weird mask looked at me

"you're Y/N... Right?" the man asked sternly

"that's me, you're my swordsmith right?" I asked, getting a nod from him as he took my black demon slayer uniform and my sword off his back and handed them to me

I immediately put on my dark demon slayer uniform and took the sword out of its sheath

"it's perfect" I said with my eyes sparking as I spoke... My tiredness was completely gone for the time being

The swordsmith seemed overly happy and prideful after I said that as he hugged me

"you're a damn great guy ya know that?! Out of all the swordsman, you're the first one to compliment my creation" he said and let go of me

Then he stood straight again

"im Shinso by the way" the swordsmith said

I nodded and looked at the blade as it turned pitch black

Shinso near me stared at the blade for a few seconds

"well... Black... Total mystery" he muttered

I nodded

"yeah... Are you disappointed?" I asked with a tilt of the head

He shook his head, bells chirping from his straw hat as he did

"nope... You're also my first client to get a pitch black sword color... Lucky you" Shinso said with a chuckle "well... It was nice meeting ya, I need to go" he said and stopped for a moment "and don't. Break. My. Blade" he said in an intimidating tone

I nodded quickly as he waved at me and left

'scary... But I understand him, he puts a Lotta work into the katana' I thought as I put the sword back in its sheath and tucked the katana with its sheath into my belt

After that I went back to Tamayo's place to say my final goodbyes

Yushiro was nowhere to be seen so I searched for Tamayo who was in her lab room

Once I opened the door, she noticed me and quickly walked back to me

"oh sorry I thought I'd spend some time in my lab until you finished receiving your sword and uniform" she said and then stopped in front of me

She looked me up and down, her smile ever so slightly widening

"the uniform... It suits you" she said warmly, a tiny blush on her face

I laughed and scratched the back of my head

"yeah I guess it does" I said and looked her in the eyes "it's time... For me to go" I said as I bowed

Then she took my hand... Without saying anything and pulled me into a warm hug

"sorry if this is sudden... But you really grew into a close friend to me, so I thought I'd say goodbye this way" she said and ran her fingers along my back gently while we hugged

I warped my arms around her to return the hug and chuckled

"it's fine... You grew into my close friend too, I promise I'll repay your hospitality with one of twelve kizuki blood" I said as we kelp on hugging

"... For now the way you can repay me is my surviving" she said and let go of me

I nodded and smiled

"I will I promise"

After we finished with saying goodbyes I left... I saw Tamayo waving at me and Yushiro looking to his side in a scowl as I walked away

I waved back at Tamayo until they where out of my sight
