"good morning honey" i heard my mom say as she walked into my room. "hey mom, morning to you too" "soooo, me and dad are heading to the airport in about 40 minutes to go to Arizona I just wanted to make sure you were up so we could spend some time together before I CANT see my sweet precious baby for 20 days" she said as she sat on the end of my bed "We'll what are we gonna d-" before I could finish my sentence she cut me off "Also the hughes moved next door" she said with a huge smile!!! "WAIT AS IN THE HUGHES LIKE JACK, QUNN, LUKE, JIM AND ELLEN?!!" I said "yes" she said laughing at my tone "Ellen said you could go over anytime" "OH HELL YEAH, you already know im gonna stop by later today!!" "Yea yea yea soo I was wondering if you wanted to stop by a few stores with me before me and dad head to the airport" she said looking at me with a smile on her face. "Sure I'll be ready in 15??" "See ya downstairs then mags" She said closing my door. I start by looking at the time - 9:37am nov 1st - 7 more days till my birthday!! I say to myself I hope out of my bed and head into my bathroom. I take one glance in the mirror "damn I look like I jus got hit by 16 buses" I say laughing at myself. I ran my toothbrush under Water so I could brush my teeth and after I wash my face. I walked over to my speaker in my room and began to play music - touch tank. By quinnie - on of my favorite songs ever, I open my window to let in some fresh air In and walk over to my closet. I picked out light pink sweatpants and and white cropped top and some white socks with hearts on them!! I changed and sat at my desk and decided to do some light makeup today. I didn't do much with my hair, just decided to keep it in a messy bun for now. Before walking out of my room I grabbed my chapstick and couldn't forget my number 11 hoodie with my teams name and logo on it. "Hey mom!!" I said as I walked down the stairs and into the kitchen. "Hey kid" my dad said "hi baby" my mom said "yo what up dad" I said being sarcastic. He laughed of course because I'm just so funny (I'm not at all but it's ok) "you ready" my mom said "always" I said grabbing my keys to my gray blueish ford bronco and heading out of the door. "Looks like there really moving in!!" My mom said as I was pulling out of the driveway. "Because they are mom duhhhh" I said "ha ha so funny" she said pushing my shoulder and begging to laugh. "So we're we headed" "book store" my mom said. Me and my mom(allie) have always loved books, growing up my mom taught me how to read at a very young age and got me into books when I was 3 ever since middle school I found love for romance books, damn saying this makes me sound like a hopeless romantic (I am). we walked into the book store and I made my way to the romance section and my mom made her way slowly over to we're I was was. I looked around and saw the book -hopeless by Colleen Hoover- She's my favorite author as well "Oohhhh I read that not to long ago" I heard me mom's voice say behind me. "Yea? Was it any good?" I said. "Great made me cry every 20 minutes but yes you should get it I think you'll love it!!" She said. "Thank you mom" I said with a huge Smile on my face. "Ok wanna go get some coffee before we gotta go pick up you're dad and head to the airport?!" "HELL YEAH" I said. We got in the car and headed to Starbucks. I got drinks for my mom dad and me!! When we picked up my dad I helped him put things in the car while my mom fixed some things up around the house. we were all three headed to the airport as me and my mom made my dad listen to Taylor swift. "WATCH US GO ROUND AND ROUND EACH TIME" my mom sang "YOU GOT THAT JAMES DEAN LOOK IN YOUR EYE" I finished my moms line as we look at my dad in the back pretending to read his old book with a smile on his face trying not to laugh at us. "I love you baby" my mom said. "I love you too mom" "to the moon and back" she said "to the moon and back" I said - 1 hour later - it was around 4pm when I got home, I was sitting in my living room scrolling through Insta stalking the team USA boys hockey team __________________

I set my phone down for a second to think about what I wanted to do know, oh I need to walk nova my st,Barnard!! I headed over to grab her collar as she sat down right infront of me waiting to go outside. I put My light pink converse on and put my airpods in and headed out the door. I did our normal walk, walk straight take a left right then right turn around and head home the same way, that all equals 2 miles and takes 1 hour and 10 minutes to finish. We were walking back and I looked down to skip the song that was playing when I walked into someone. "Oh I'm so sorry, I didn't mean to walk into yo-" I went to say as I looked up "It's oka-, Maggie?!" Jack said giving me a big hug "Its been so long how are you" he said looking some with his gray&blue eyes but all I could think about is damn, he was.........good looking. "I know right I've missed ya!! I've been good though! How about you?" I said with a smile on my face " I missed you too, I've been good!! And its glad to hear you're doing good as well, I saw you make the team!!" He said looking at me "thank you but if we're talking about teams let's talk about how your literally on TEAM USA right now????!!!" I said " haha nothing to special made some good friends on that team!!" "Really??!! That's nice!" I said gazing at his outfit, grey 86 team USA hoodie, black jeans (not skinny) and some Nike Air Forces, good style not gonna lie. "We'll who's this?" He said peting nova. "Oh this is nova my dog my dad and mom got me for my 16th birthday!!" "Ohhhh she's so fluffy, isn't you're birthday in like 7 days?" He said "yep and thank you" I said smiling at him "ohh I can't forget!!" He said gazing over my body. "MAG DOG!!!" I heard Ellen yell while running out of her house. "Ellen!" I said as I hugged her tight "I missed ya your all grown up now!!" She said pulling back and smiling. " haha I missed you so much!!" "I saw Jim out here washing your car this morning, you're car is beautiful!!" She said looking over at my car. "Thank you I got it not to long ago!" "Well I'll let you get back to what you too were talking about but you should stop by for dinner tonight?!" She said looking at Jack and back at me. "Of course that sounds awesome!!" "Ok see ya then be safe, also who's this cutie" she said looking at nova. "My new puppy nova she's one year old tomorrow" I said "wow she's adorable" she said "well I'll see ya at dinner!!" "Okay I'll be back!!" I replied "We'll I'll see ya then?" Jack said stepping closer to me. "Ok see ya then Jack!!" I said as he hugged me. I walked home with a huge smile on my face as I put nova's collar and leash back and jumped onto my couch and began to watch a hockey game live on tv and waited for dinner time to come!!
