I just got out of the shower after hanging out with Alyssa, she dragged me out of the house today and I'm glad she did I really needed it.
I look out my window and I see her house lights are on and it's 2 in the morning so I text her to see what's going on. I text and I call her but she doesn't answer.
So I decide to go over there and check up on her.
I walk to her house then I see her tear stained face with her luggage in her hands and I wonder what happened to her just seeing her beautiful face with tears running down make my heart ache.
I run to her and asks her what's wrong before I even finish the sentence she pulls me into a hug we stay like this for a while then I ask her what's wrong.
She says that " We are moving to New York because my parents got a job opportunity and was waiting until school was over to move, we are leaving tonight"
"What" I exclaimed " but what about our plans? What about school, what about us" I say
" I don't know we can still talk through FaceTime right" she says
Without even realizing I was crying , we we're both heart broken to let each other go our hearts shattered.
Then I hear her mom telling her it's time to go, I couldn't bring myself to let her go but I had too for both of our sakes.
I whisper in her ear " you have to go" she says she knows but doesn't want to let go. I let go of her and say " Goodbye Alyssa " then she goes to meet her mom.
I yell "I'll miss you"to her she yells back "me too".
