Ohani Franklin

Ohani laid on Dominic's chest as she toyed with his small chin hair. "Mmm..you want sum to eat?" He spoke in a deep voice that came fresh on the wake up.

She bit her lip. "No. I gotta go home today." She spoke. He finally looked at her and placed a hand on her waist before pulling her left leg on to him.

He rubbed her ass gently. "you leaving me?" He spoke. "I have to. I'll definitely be back." She spoke as he sighed.

"Gimme kiss." He spoke as he puckered his lips. She leaned down and kissed his lips. He pulled her into a long passionate kiss and she felt his hard member against her after he pulled her all the way over to him.

"Let me in it real quick, before you go." He spoke and she seen the desperation in his eyes. "I can't...we don't have time." She explained.

She lifted up and her perky round breast sat right in front of his face. "Imma make it fast baby." He spoke. He wasn't referring to her as his baby or anything. Just a California slang.

"Promise?" She spoke. "I promise." He spoke. She leaned down and kissed his lips and climbed off of him so he could sit up and climb over her.

•••••••••••

Her mother made her wear something that wasn't super tight and skimpy or black.

She wore a flowy white dress under her gown. She smiled big. She was so happy it was finally happening. She was graduating.

She smiled standing in line and clapping as they called people's names.

Her palms grew sweaty as she came closer to being next. Her mind start playing tricks on her and reminding her of how sad graduation should be. Because that's it. No more school. No more showing up to class late or early. No more of these people you see everyday. They'll all go do their own thing in life. Be successful or not. Some of these people won't even make it to twenty. Some will die. All will die eventually but some will be murdered. Some will be murderers. Some will end up in jail for the rest of their life. Some will be famous.

This made her tear up for some reason but she was next so she had to suck it up quickly.

"Ohani Franklin." He spoke. She smiled a bit as she walked up on stage. Applause and cheering was heard.

She wanted to cry right there. Never would she step foot in the school again. She would never eat school food again and never experience a first day of school again. It was such a a bittersweet moment. The things she should have been excited to stop doing just made her wish she had appreciated it more.

She shook the principals hand before he handed her the diploma. She smiled next to him as her father took a picture of her as well as her mother and grandparents.

She smiled walking off stage and to sit back in the row. Within 30 minutes everyone has walked the stage and they had all graduated.

They threw their caps up all at once and so many people start crying. It didn't make it any easier for Ohani to hold the tears but she managed.

She found her hat and picked it up. She walked to find her family.

"Congratulations babygirl." Her father and mother were the first to hug her and kiss her forehead.

"Thank you daddy." She smiled as he handed her the flowers. She smiled as she went to talk to her grandparents.

Mahzi and destiny watched her while they stood together. "She's getting so big." Destiny wiped a tear that fell. Mahzi wrapped an arm around destiny's shoulder.

"I remember when she was first born. I remember the first time I seen her open her little eyes and look at me. I remember the first time she laughed at me. The first word she said...daddy. My lil girl ain't little no more." He spoke as he watched her.

"Mahzi don't say that." Destiny wiped her eyes. He chuckled and kissed her cheek. "you gon be aight. She is too. Ain't nothing wrong with her growing up. We raised her well."
