Desti was sitting in her room talking on the phone.
"I don't know Ben, Stacy will kill me if she finds out."
"I know, but innocent lives are at stake," Ben responded. "We have to make sure that no more inklings are killed."
"I know, but working as a double agent isn't as easy as you think. I'll see you tonight."
"Kay, and don't forget your mask and wig."
Desti chuckled. "I know. I love you."
"I love you too."
Desti hung up and made her way out of her room and to the front door only to be stopped by her sister.
"And where do you think you're going?" Stacy asked.
"I'm just going to hang out with some friends," Desti replied.
"Not until you're finished with washing the dishes." Stacy grabbed Desti and dragged her into the kitchen.
"But I cleaned them last night," Desti told her sister.
Stacy slapped Desti across the face. "Don't you get snappy with me. Don't forget, I'm the oldest. And you had better do it right this time or you will go to bed hungry."
"Yes Stacy," Desti replied as she got to work. "So, any news recently?"
"We caught some squid breaths snooping around where they weren't supposed to. We're set to execute them in the morning," Stacy responded. "And I'm bringing you along. Don't mess it up."
"They're called inklings Stacy."
"Who fucking cares about what they're called. All that matters is making sure they know who's in charge."
"Yes sis. I understand," Desti said as she finished cleaning the last of the dishes. "Can I go now?"
Stacy inspected the dishes. A scowl came across her face and she punched Desti in the face, causing her to fall to the ground. "This one still has soap on it."
Desti looked up while resting a hand on her eye. "I'm sorry. I'll try better next time."
Stacy picked Desti up and threw her out of the kitchen. "Go to your room and stay there. You're not getting anything to eat tonight."
Desti ran to her room and slammed the door shut behind her. She grabbed her phone and texted her friends to meet her at the base. She then put on a shy guy mask and an inkling wig and grabbed her bag. She jumped out the window in her octopus form and landed on the ground twenty stories down. She turned back to normal and ran through the city until she came across a kettle. She entered it and exited in one of the lower levels.
Desti snuck around the rundown city until she came across an old and abandoned building. She entered it and walked over to a grate in the floor. She looked around to make sure the coast was clear and turned into an octopus to slip into the murky depths. Once she reached the bottom, she turned back to normal.
Ben walked up to Desti. "So, why is it you called us all here?"
"I found out from my sister that they have kidnapped some inklings and are planning on executing them in the morning."
"Oh no."
"We have to do something."
"Those poor inklings."
"Shut up!" Ben yelled, causing the others to stop bickering. "We have to rescue them. Have you found out where they're being held?"
"No," Desti responded, "but I believe that they are being held somewhere on level seven, where they usually hold their executions."
