Yesterday was over before I knew it but one thing is for sure, I feel so much better.
Blaine doesn't get to me as much as he did and I'm able to keep my cool.
He's tried once or twice to talk to me but I just wave him off and walk away, loosing him in the crowds of people shuffling down the hallways to their classes.
I feel like a bitch and I love it.
I rounded the corner to see Skyler waiting for me where he always does.
"There's my woman." He said beaming ear to ear and pulling me into a tight hug.
"Why are you so happy?" I said giggling.
"Oh I don't know just happy I suppose." He said his grin widening even more and lighting up his face.
My heart melted and had me smiling like an idiot too.
Then he rolled his eyes and told me what was really up.
"We're going out tonight."
"Where to?" I said growing excited.
"A surprise."
"That's not helpful." I said crossing my arms and turning away slightly hoping he would take the bait.
He grabbed my hips and pulled me into him.
"Babe I'm not giving in! All you need to know is dress to impress." He said nibbling at my ear.
I turned to face him, his hands remaining on my hips.
"In what way? Formal or what?"
His hand glided to my thigh and flicked his thumb over my area, eyes trailing up my body to my eyes with a slight hunger.
"Ohh... That way I see. Party attire?"
He nodded a smile tugging at the side of his mouth.
The bell rang startling me out of our moment.
I heard a chuckle somewhere nearby and turned to see Blaine leaning against the lockers with some of the team before standing up straight and leaving.
I turned my attention back to Skyler to see him still watching Blaine walk down the hallway.
I grabbed his jaw so he would look at me.
"I love you."
He huffed before responding.
"I love you too."
He pulled me into a kiss and gave me a slight slap on my ass to get me in gear.
"I'll pick you up at 8. I have practice tonight so make sure to eat something."
I threw him a thumbs up before starting down the hallway so I wouldn't be late to class.
"Books out, phones away." The teacher yelled as she walked in the room.
One of the popular girls rolled her eyes and slammed her phone down on the desk.
"Damn, daddy going to buy her another when that one breaks?" Some guy named Mike said to the guy next to him.
The girl turned to give him a glare.
"Careful what you say miss penny, don't want to end up in detention again." The teacher casually said while writing on the board.
Penny huffed and turned around in her chair again.
With that class began.
