Belos Pov (with the coven scout's room)

*40 minutes earlier, (then what happened in last chapter)*

 "Once they get the kid, they are going to come after us, so we need something to knock them out, something they won't see coming." "Why?" one of the coven scouts say "why because if not they are going to destroy what we built, what we created and most of all us, they will come after your families and everyone you love." 

Once we came up with a plan, we sorted it out, Eda will come in to collect hunter and we will put her and her team to sleep with sleeping nettles, then we will tie her up and petrify her Infront of the town to set an example of what wild witched deserve and all the coven heads will be there to see it. 

*present*

once Eda and her crew fell asleep, we put Lilith and Steve in one of the cells in the basement while we put Eda in a cage tied up, and I took hunter with me. 

3p Pov (the basement)

'Ah were am I' Lilith thought to herself as she was waking up, "I'm so glad your awake I thought you might have been hurt badly" Steve said with a sigh of relief. "What happened the last thing I remember is smelling sleeping nettles and then things are all foggy" "I think we passed out?"  Steve said confused. 

"What is that smell, it smells like iron?" She ravens haired witch stated "what do you think it is" "I-Is that b-blood" she said looking at a pool of redness in the middle of the cell. they sat in silents for a little while until Steve said something that tugged on their hearts "Is that why your sister wanted the kid out of here? Did emperor Belos do that to the kid?" "But why would he, he's a good guy right." 

Raine's Pov

"What do you think the special occasion is?" Tarra the plant witch said with excitement in her voice, "Maybe we can poison the brats at the schools or maybe we caught a wild witch." 

Eda was the only thought going through my head, what if they caught her what if she's in trouble, I need to get to her, I ran towards the door but found out it was locked. what on titan is going on, why is it locked. "what's wrong squirt"(I think that's her name for them) The door is locked I stated.

after about 10 minutes we started to get frustrated, and Daruis used his abomination to break the door down. He grabbed my arm and took me down the hall, "Look" was all he said, I looked down the hall to see coven scouts carrying Eda and is that Lilith? when the coven scouts started to clear up, we followed them to the basement 'what don't tell me they are in their for the same reason hunter was in there.' I get out of my thought when I feel something pull me, "shh, you get Lilith, and I will find Eda" "wha-" "no you get Lilith ok?" "ok" 

Daruis left shortly after and I ran to the basement, I opened the door to see red everywhere 'no plz no not this' I thought making my way down the stairs 'was that a scream, why is it so creepy down here' I see movement in a cell I walk over there to see Lilith and Steve talking about the blood.  "Hey, are you guys alright?" I whisper "Raine what are you doing down here?" "Ican ask you both the same question but first let's get you guys out of here."

Daruis Pov

I started to walk away from Raine praying they were listing to my plan. I sneakily make my way to the back room where they took Eda, "Eda are you back here?" I whispered yelled "Daruis is that you?" "Yes, I'm here it's me" "Weres Raine are they ok?" "Yea their helping your sister" I started to get annoyed. "What about the kid" "what kid" "hunter, he's here but the emperor had him" she said shakily, "ok let's get you out of here and find him" "o-ok."

I used my abomination goo to make a key to unlock her cage, as I went out into the hall, I heard a faint scream, "did you hear that" "yea I did lets go"
