yeonjun's eyes fluttered awake, cool crisp air lightly tugged at his fragile body nipping away at his bare skin. his vision blurred as he came to, slightly going in and out. darkness erupted through his profile, sending panic through his bones.

struggling to rise, he pushed himself up from the damp ground, his eyes scanning the empty woods. the endless expanse of trees and ground entered his field of vision, leaving him in disbelief. he felt his body ache at the sight before him, sending a surge of emotion through his fragile state.

"i'll never escape," he whispered, his voice barely audible. "he's going to kill me." overwhelmed by panic, he spun around, frantically surveying his surroundings, his body twisting in a desperate search for any sign of safety.

he never truly expected bin to leave him stranded in the middle of nowhere, fending for himself to escape somehow. truly he was never going to escape the nightmare.

yeonjun's body went stiff as his foot snapped a twig in half, freezing in place. fear gripped him, afraid that any movement would cause bin to appear right next to him.

he let out a shaky breath, his hands grasping onto his mouth to stop the outcome of any noise that may threaten to spill from his lips.

run you idiot! his thoughts screamed at him, mentally challenging him as he stared at the open woods. he felt his body itching to run, the fight or flight instinct immediately coursing through his mind as he held back.

"boo." the dark voice spoke against the still air.

yeonjun's body jolted into action as the dark voice whispered "boo" into the still air. his feet pounded against the ground, moving faster than he had anticipated. adrenaline fueled his escape, lunging him forward with nothing but fear. yeonjun's heart raced, his breaths coming in short gasps as he ran away from the familiar boy. fear gripped him tightly, pushing him to run even faster.

yeonjun's feet lost their grip as the ground became damp beneath his bare feet. he slipped on the muddy surface, his body crashing onto the ground. "fuck," he ushered out, "get up yeonjun." he mumbled to himself scrambling to get back up once again.

he looked back at the dark sky, nothing in his eye view was visible. "oh my fucking god," he whispered, memories from the first time this had ever happened coursing through his bones.

a large tree fell into his eye view, causing his eyes to widen in happiness believing that he could potentially hide himself from the killer.

"oh yeonjun~" bin sung out, happily strolling through the woods as if he learned these grounds like the back of his hand. "oh come out, i just want to talk." he said with a menacing giggle; twirling the knife around in his long fingers.

"you know," bin started, "i meant it when i said one of us was going to die." he added, his voice echoing through the empty woods.

bin let out a sigh; and rolled his eyes. "this is no fun, just come out my love~" he said, anger slowly building up. he needed to feel the flesh tearing, he needed to hear it, smell it.

he yearned to put that knife deep into the heart, twisting and turning it so that he could feel the pain he's caused soobin.

"we all know how this is going to end," he said innocently, eyeing the tree that he saw yeonjun plant himself behind. a soft smile placing itself upon his cheeks, "almost like taking candy from a baby." he whispered.
