"hey y/n.. could I talk to you for a second?" I hear someone say from behind me

"Nah she's alright here" he puts his arm around me
"Y/n..?" Aiden says and he points behind himself, signaling for me to come with him
"What? Just say it here" I reply shrugging my shoulders lightly
"Never mind then" Aiden says as he slowly turns around and begins walking away
"Too scared to say it infront of us?" Karl says, I glance at karl surprised
Aiden turns back around and looks worried?! What the hell does this guy want
"Come on just say what you wanted to say" I hear dream say
"I- uhh y/n I just wanted to know if you ehh" Aiden begins but stops
"If you ehh" karl mimics
I hear a few of the guys giggling aswell as Niki and minx I can hear them too
"If you wanted to go on a date with me or hangout sometime? I want to get to know you more.." Aiden finishes
Ew no
"Here buddy I've got an answer for you, piss off" karl answers for me
I glance at karl, i smile and blush
Karl being protective?
I look back at Aiden, not gonna lie this was funny and I know the others also think it's funny because I can hear very low giggling from behind me
"How about you let her answer for herself, she doesnt need you to answer for her, she has a voice" Aiden says
"No I'm good thanks, karl can talk for me" I say, hiding my laughter in
"Whatever but what about those texts you sent me?! Why are you acting so different now? You were all over me when you were texting me earlier" he (Aiden) replies
"Because that's not me" I glance back at karl and smirk
Aiden groans and turns around
I watch as Aiden walks away, once he's far enough I turn back to face the others and I burst out laughing, so did everyone
Now we aren't going to bully him or anything but I enjoyed it when karl did that, you know the fact he was being protective over me and answering for me
We countined to talk about what we were originally talking about before Aiden came over
Karl still has his arm around me and I lean my head on his shoulder
"Alright hold up, are you guys dating? Because I seriously can't tell anymore" George asks
"Not yet" karl answers and smirks down at me
I look at him and I just know my face is red, I probably look like a tomato right now
The bell rang so we went our separate ways but before we did that we all agreed to meet up here after school aswell
Time skip
After school
Everyone (y/n, Niki, minx, dream, karl, George, sapnap) met up where we were earlier, talking and having fun
*Ring ring ring ring*
Niki grabs her phone from her pocket and looks at who it was
"Sorry one second" she says
She answers the phone and put it near her ear
"Hey mom" she says

"Okay.. I'm coming" she ends the call and looks confused
"Hey guys I gotta go, I'll see you guys tomorrow"
"Is everything okay?" I ask her
"Yea.."
She stands up, grabs her bag and leaves
I look at minx also confused, she shrugs her shoulders
