It's been a few weeks since I got told the news about my parents divorce

I'm quite over it by now, its not like it's different now that my parents are divorced like I don't even seen them, haven't seen my dad for almost a year and my mum it was the first time I've seen her in like 9 months

But I've had minx and karl to keep me company and to forget about my parents

I'm so grateful for them

I was laying in bed waiting and texting karl, obviously I didn't mean it when I said 'thats so mean'

Karl doesn't say a word and neither do i, he just lays down next to me and puts his arm on me, he puts his head on my shoulder

He giggles and says "let's get ice cream"

"Hello to you to" I say

"You know what, nevermind let's just order ice cream I'm wayyyy to comfortable to move" he groans

"You can order ice cream?"

He looks at me as I'm the dumbest person on earth "of course you can"

"Don't you need to order like.. never mind"

He giggles at my stupidity and takes his phone out of his pocket

"So what one you want" he asks, scrolling through his phone of the all the options

"Uhhhh oooo the cream egg!"

"That's surprising, thought it was going to be carmel" he says in a lil sarcastic voice

"Shush"

He orders the 2 ice creams and I ask him how much it was so I can pay him back
"How much was it?"

"Y/n you dont need to pay me back" he replies, looking up at me again

"I do thoughh"

"You can pay me back a different way"

"Hm?"

He leans in and gives me a peck on the lips, he then lays his head back down

I'm a bit suprsied by that but I'm certainly not complaining

I just know for a fact that I'm blushing and I'm smiling like and idiot

He takes his phone out and goes on TikTok, making sure that I can see aswell

I play with his hair with my right hand while watching TikTok

About 10 minutes later our ice cream arrives

I go down stairs while he waits up stairs in my room
