"HELLO, FINN."

"Hello, Niklaus," He glanced at Klaus who had begun to walk beside him with Emery's hand clasped in his. "Emery. I have nothing to say to either of you."

"Well, we're not here to chat," they continued to walk as the hybrid replied, "I will ask you one time though, where's our mother?"

"Gone to find another way to end our abominable lives," Finn responded, "and when she does, I will sacrifice myself all over again."

"Just because you have a death wish, doesn't mean the others do as well."

"You have no idea what it's like to be a vampire, witch." Finn retorted, gritting his teeth at the brunette, "it's torture."

"Again," Emery pressed with a small roll of her eyes, "just because it's torture for you, doesn't mean it is for others."

"I dislike you."

"Oh, how unfortunate," she glanced at Klaus who was biting down his lower lip in amusement, "and here I was hoping I made a good impression."

Finn rolled his eyes, "I can see why he likes you."

Klaus threw his arm over Emery's shoulder, his hand hanging down her chest, still holding hers. "Well, how fortunate that I found you, I require your assistance."

"I have no wish to help you," he glanced warily at the witch, "only to see you dead."

"Right, well, that's the thing—" Klaus paused, "you see you won't be able to see me dead, because if I die, then you die. So, wish unfulfilled, I'm afraid."

"Oh, bother someone else with your hollowed charms, Niklaus."

"Why? Why not come bother my big brother?" Klaus's voice turned more serious, "I need you to accompany me back to Mystic Falls, I have a witch there who can help undo Esther's spell that linked us together."

"I have no wish to be unlinked and if your witch is Emery, think twice." He looked at her, "she'll die before she can even finish the spell."

Klaus moved in front of Finn and placed his hand on his chest to stop him from moving on. "Again with the wishes," he dismissed the last part, shooting him a harsh glare, "let me rephrase, you will come back with me or I will put you back in that coffin in which you rotted for 900 years."

"What happens to one, happens to all," Finn reminded snugly, "you may not feel the effects of the dagger, but you'd lose your precious Rebekah."

"Wouldn't be the first time."

Finn then walked off and Klaus watched him leave, not bothering to go after him. They watched as Finn vamp-sped down an alleyway and exchanged a look, knowing Rebekah would stop him.

"Why couldn't he be like your other brothers?" Emery asked as they began to walk towards the alleyway. "I mean, he's got the looks but I'm talking about the—"

"— Wait, you find my brother attractive?"

"Now you're just putting words in my mouth."

"Am I?" He raised his brows, "I can think of something else to put in that mouth."

"And you say I should watch what I say. What about what you say, hmm?"

"Why are you complaining when you're going to be begging for the very same thing later on?"

"Okay, shut the fuck up now," she nudged him when Rebekah and Finn came into view. Klaus pursed his lips as the two listened to the conversation taking place.

"You're siding with him?" Finn asked in disbelief, "Rebekah, he stored us in boxes."

"At least he's not trying to make us extinct." Rebekah bit back as Finn turned around, knowing the two were there. His lips curled up in a frown, "what are you gonna do? Kill me?"

"Oh yeah, that's right," Klaus scoffed, "you've got a death wish. Fine, pathetic, but fine. The thing is, I'm not gonna let you take the rest of us down with you." With that, he grabbed him by the shirt and threw him against the wall then let go and watched as he crumpled to the ground.

KLAUS HAD CARRIED Finn on the entire way back to his house while the two girls followed. Once they reached, he threw his brother carelessly on the ground.

"Gather your witch," Rebekah said, "let's get his blood and get on with it."

Finn looked up at them from the ground, "you can't force me to help you."

"Oh, I most likely could, but why force when I can persuade?" Klaus pointed his hand towards the staircase as Sage walked down the stairs. Finn looked at her in a mixture of surprise and shock on his features.

"Hello, Finn."

"Sage!" Finn exclaimed making her smile. He stood up and rushed over to her, embracing her.

"What do you know," Rebekah began sarcastically, "true love prevails."

"It does occasionally have its uses," Klaus replied while texting Kol, "easier than torturing him."

"I have something to do," Rebekah spoke, "what do you need from me for this spell?"

"Just your blood and your blessing," the hybrid responded, furrowing his brows in curiosity at his sister, "where are you going?"

"I have some unfinished business with Damon Salvatore," Rebekah replied, looking at Emery's questioning look. She sighed, nodding towards the redhead, "ask Sage what he did to me. Then you'll understand why retribution is in order." With that, she walked off.
