The Frostbourne Tundra, Overworld.
Rain

The Princess and I shout loudly as the two of us fall out the other side through the portal, landing backwards onto the ground. I watch the portal swiftly closes in front of me.
Safe! I thought, using my bounded up hands to push the arms away from my neck. Wait... how did I—

  Whack!

The Princess—who I partially forgot was there—shoves me and pins me down, my face planted right in the glacial snow; a cold, numbing, and somnolent feeling takes over my body. Still snow in April? It mustn't be too far from Frostbourne.
"How did you do that you hateable, callous, Overworldian scum!" I could hear her shout in my ear.

"Palatable words, please!" I snarl in pain. "Ouch..."

She scoffs. "First, you scum, take on the Dragonspire tower and kill three of Lady Ceris' dragons, and smash the new dragon-egg to a pulp; and next, you kidnap me, and trap me in the Overworld!" The princess screams, using my hair to shove my face deeper in the dirt.

I make a noise of disgust. "I was being chased by three large creatures that were looking to make me their next meal! I had to do what I could to survive!" I respond turning my head to the side to be as clear as possible, the frigid cold of the snow melting on my cheek. "Also what do you mean I trapped you? I didn't do this! I can't do this! You're the witch here!"

"I've never went through my own inter-dimensional portal before! I hardly make portals at all!" She shouts. She seems almost unrecognizable to the soft-spoken woman I met at that party. "Plus, why would I intentionally make a portal to here after you kidnap me!"

"Get off will ya'!" I push against her. The Void Enchantress gets off my back hesitantly. I sigh heavily—and tiredly—and get up and dust the snow off my formal clothing. "Some enchantress you are." I mutter under my breath, quiet enough for her to not hear, "I didn't try nor did I want to kidnap you! You jumped on my back when I was trying to get home! You got yourself kidnapped!"

"Well you tried to put whatever weapon that was on me!" The princess shouts back. "If survival is what you're so worried about, oh-so-fragile human, I was focusing on mine!"

"Weapon? What weapon?" I ask, entirely confused in what she's talking about. I only brought a knife and gun, none of which I have been able to drawn from their places.

"'Oh, what weapon—'" she mocks, annoying the crap out of me, "—That little button thing, obviously!"

  Does she mean the...
I cut my own thoughts off, pulling the 'weapon' in question out—which was quite difficult concerning my hands are still tied, literally. It's a little metal ring surrounding a red button, in total it's hardly takes up a third of my palm. I simply press the red and out extends a bright red parachute. I stare at her blankly for another second or two before I turn away. Her look of mockery quickly bends to embarrassment.
I sit on top of an old frozen stump to dig the knife from soles of my boot, which, again, difficult to do with tied-up hands. I partially try to keep an eye on the Princess who thankfully stopped her complaining.

Great job Rain. Not only did you make a scene, but the King's daughter dragged herself with you! Good luck explaining this all to your father without getting killed. I thought, my knife finally sliding from my boot. I began working on cutting the rope off my bound-up hands. Whether I like it or not he'll probably keep me from doing solo missions for a loooong time; try and get me to lie low. I'll be surprised if their king doesn't come up and annihilate us first thing in the morning—
