Damon felt like crap. Not sure how he got here, but he found himself in a hospital bed, wearing only patient pants and most of his torso was covered in bandages were starting to stain with his blood. Put his hand over his chest to cover his tattoo, he struggled to even get up, but even when he was this close to sitting straight up, a doctor came and practically pushed him back down onto the bed.

Damon:"(straining) Oooowww...."

Doctor:"Sorry about that, Mr. Cruiser, but we need you laying down so that you can recover easier."

Damon:"(raspy) Could've been more gentle. Ugh...how did I get here?"

Doctor:"A couple of girls from your school found you and managed to bring you here at the nick of time. You did lose some blood, but miraculously, you're recovering rather well."

Damon:"Mmm...sure doesn't feel like it."

Doctor:"We'll leave you to rest for now. The girls that brought you in are in the waiting room, in case you're curious."

In the waiting room, Doris, Selina, Leslie and Harleen were there, Doris standing and leaning against the wall with her arms crossed while the others were sitting down on chairs, all of them wondering how Damon was doing. The three on chairs were still wondering what could've led to this, but it seemed the only one who knew was Doris, and she was still acting a bit in shock after actually, you know...helping someone from dying.

Harleen:"Uh...Doris?"

Doris:"What?"

Harleen:"Ain't ya gonna tell us what happ-?"

Doris:"I don't know what happened, alright?! I just saw him fighting with some other dude on the bridge, and the next thing I see was him getting stabbed before being thrown off!"

Leslie:"Yeesh. That's pretty brutal, even for us. But do you even know the guy? What drove you to saving him?"

Doris:"...He's a new kid at our school. I met him two days ago when he only just showed up. Punk tried to make a fool outta me, protecting Beecher and Danvers! I wanted to get back at him, but...not even he deserves this."

Selina:"Well, that is quite noble of you, Doris. Surprisingly so. And to hear that this someone is a new student. Maybe for this act of kindness, we'll be in his good graces."

Doris:"No! Forget it, Selina. I'm not gonna use a guy as leverage to get what we want."

Harleen:"Yeah, the guy just got chopped up. We shouldn't need anything from him."

Leslie:"That's pretty low, even for you, Sel."

The African American Girl crossed her arms and pouted, peeved that her "friends" didn't agree with her. That is when the girls started to hear some beeping, and Doris looked down, realizing it was her house arrest anklet.

Doris:"Aw, dang it! I gotta go before the cops give me a warning! Ugh! I hate house arrest!"

And with that, Doris stormed off, leaving the girls in the waiting room.

Selina:"Well, I see no reason for the rest of us."

Harleen:"Uh...shouldn't we stick around until the big guy recovers?"

Selina:"Not really our problem. Doris only had us bring him here, but now that she's off, we've done our part."

Leslie:"Yeah. The dude will be fine. We should bounce."

Harleen:"Alright, I guess."

As they were about to leave, they were surprised to see Kara, Diana, Karen, Babs, Jessica and Zee come in.
