You'll probably wonder how Shannon and Charles once met. They met due to their parents when they were still kids. As the two of them got older their bond got stronger and stronger. When they were around 14 years old Charles got better in karting and got a best friend, Pierre Gasly.
Shannon and Pierre immediately got on with each other and they basically became a group of friends. Charles and Shannon always had a special bond. They had a intimate moment together once.
When Charles got a girlfriend at the age of twenty-one, the pair got in less contact with each other and suddenly Charles broke it off completely.
Charles was obviously still in touch with Pierre and so was Shannon.
