I looked at my clock.
'5:03 am.'
I got up, and looked outside my window, my view was straight to the lake across the street, and I noticed it was frozen.
It seemed worth to take a look at.
I grabbed my skates and clothes,
I chose a pair of leggings, a white shirt, and a jacket of 'the north face'
I think it's a pretty decent outfit, it's not like someone is going to be there at five am.
I went to my dad's room, waking him up.
I slept on the guest bedroom, it was actually really comfortable.
"What time is it?" He asked, in his morning voice, his voice sounded like a car ran him over.
I smiled, "Five am, you don't need to wake up, I'm just letting you know I'm leaving for an hour or two."
He opened his eyes, "where the hell are you going?"
I laughed, "The lake across the street, I gotta train."
He closed his eyes, "okay, be safe."
I nodded as a response, and got out.
It was a bit warm, but I knew it's going to be cold when I'm skating.
As I got next to the lake, I noticed it's a bit melt off, which means it's not absolutely safe to skate.
But I've skated under worse conditions.
I grabbed my AirPods, and I played a song, as I put them in my ears.
'Wildest dreams .' Was the song of my choice.
Taylor is my queen, seriously, I'm her biggest fan.
I got onto the ice, humming to the music,
'He said, "Let's get out of this town Drive out of the city, away from the crowds,"
I started my warm up, making sure I wouldn't get hurt.
