Clicking of her watch is the only sound within the cold car, she holds up her watch and wrist but her eyes focus forward down the road to the building.
3:59pm
As the clock strikes late afternoon she steps out of the car onto a almost frozen street, her breath is visible and slowly seeps from her mouth.
The cold air and her nerves destroy all semblance of confidence within her as she begins to shiver and shake, she traverse the sprawling street, thousands trot in line.
Her lip quivers but she takes great pride in that she knows what she is doing is right and the only way..
Snowflakes, only a few but what ones there are scatter and fly in odd and unorthodox directions, a far cry to the uniform marching below.
She holds the box tightly but with a purpose and gentleness to it. As she reaches the building she looks up and exhales a long deep breath.
Stepping in she's blasted by a wave of hot air from the heaters within the Constitutional Building. She heads to the main desk.
"Good afternoon Ma'am, how can I help you?" The lady over the counter says.
The woman looks at her watch. 4:06pm.
"Yes, I have a package for Mr Vipond.. he works in the defence sector." She leans on the desk a false smile grows on her face.
"Oh yes, I'll just check that for you." The receptionist says and begins to go through the computer.
She looks down at her watch again. 4:08pm.
Her foot begins to tap rapidly as she looks the cool calm woman. "Ah sorry Mr Vipond is out at the moment he's in a meeting. But I'll take the parcel for you if you'd like."
She says with a smile.
Chuckling she hands over the package. "Thank you." She says with her smile falling.
Checking her watch one last time she turns and walks out of the building, she begins walking at pace across the backed up main road and stands there.
She tracks her watch closely and as the minute hand hits 10 minutes past-
*BOOM*
An eruption of screams and terror, finally she can relax as she looks upon the destruction she sighs and walks off into the crowd...

2 days later...Entering the room Lady Eleanor Coleman, her plus one enters behind her hold stacks of papers. She sits at a large oblong table stacked with the almighty.
A dozen to be exact.
They all bicker as she sits her eyes pulsate in correlation to her veins and most likely her pain receptors.
"We've had 3 years with no major incidents, and fine I understand in places like Europe but in America? And better yet New Alton?! This is madness!"
"What can of leadership can we be if we can't stop the heart of it all being undermined."
Lady Coleman watches the squabbles and leans back and unimpressed, a paining groan as she stretches backwards.
"This is the first major attack New Alton has seen under our reign! We're supposed to be better than our predecessors are we not?" A man asks in manic.
"Do not compare us to those incapable limps of the ADC, I swear to god!" Another points back.
"Hell we might aswell through our hard work away over the past five years we've been trying to build! Down the drain in one second and not even a lead to grab onto. Lady Coleman you must see the madness of this situation!" The man turns to lady Coleman in a desperate attempt for some assistance.
