This weekend has been amazing, it was a fairy tale, but now I have to go back to LA and the reality that awaits me there is not going to be fun at all.
I decided to tell Fai yes because I love him and that doesn't mean that I love him more than Elizabeth in fact I love her more than him, but thinking things through things with Elizabeth will always be complicated and I don't want to keep hurting each other more, the best thing for both of us is to continue with our separate lives.
I really hope she doesn't think I was using her for sex because I wasn't, I just wanted to spend time with her like we did before everything was ruined.

"she says with her hand still on my neck. "I need to talk to you about something important" I sat down on the couch and she did the same. "What do you want to talk about?" "Well I don't even know where to start" I said with my eyes watery. "You're scaring me" she says "I think we need to end this." "Wait. what? But why?" she says now with her eyes watery. "On the trip with Fai we went to this restaurant...umm there he...he proposed" I said feeling the tears fall. "What did you say?" She says quickly. I wasn't able to say anything to her I was just sitting there crying while listening to her cry too. "Y/n what did you say?" "I said yes." She started crying heartbroken and I didn't know what to do, I broke the heart of the person I love the most in the world and there will never be any going back. "How could you? How could you do this to me?" she says crying furiously. "I'm really sorry." "You used me and now that you are satisfied you step back and leave me" her eyes were red from crying. "No, it's not like that I really love you but it will never work out between us" I said trying to take her hands but she pulled them away. I walked up to her and kissed her cheek "take care of yourself my love" I said and she left the place in tears and I just stood there in the same state she was in.
My life now makes no sense, I lost the love of my life and I am engaged to a person I love but not enough.
I spent the whole night crying myself to sleep, it's the next morning and I have to go to the set to shoot the last scenes of the movie.
My face is a mess, I am swollen and my eyes are red from crying so much, I took an ice cube and rubbed it all over my face trying to get the swelling to go down.
I took a shower and got ready to go to work, when I got there I saw Lizzie's car parked, I felt a pit in my stomach when I saw it.
I walked onto the set and she was there talking to the director when she saw me her expression changed, it was cold.
"Y/n great that you arrived safely from your trip." "Oh thank you Kevin." "We came to work so how about we get started" Lizzie says annoyed.
We did the last scene and even though in the scene our characters were finally friendly with each other in Elizabeth's look I could see her anger with me.
We finished and everyone started to applaud, Kevin gave a few words of thanks and tried to get Elizabeth and I to say something but neither of us were able to maybe because we were full of emotions that we didn't know how to get out. ———————
It's the next night and my mom had organized her private event, which means my whole family will be there and Elizabeth's too, she probably won't go but if she does I hope it doesn't get awkward and that Fai won't think of making us have any interaction all night.
I got dressed up to go to the event, my mom had sent me the dress she had made for me, it's really sexy I loved it, I didn't think my mom would make me a dress this revealing but she made it amazing.

Fai and I arrived at the venue and greeted everyone that was there, when we got to the Olsen twins I saw that Elizabeth was not with them Just as I predicted she would not be coming to the event.
The twins are very nice, they told me how excited they were to work with mom and that they hope to dress me someday for a runway show at fashion week.
"Sis you're finally here" Camila says loud enough for all of us there to hear, I turn to look at her and she is standing with Elizabeth with her arms intertwined. "It's good to see you too" I said. "I see you guys are very entertaining talking to the twins" my sister says. "Yes, Lizzie your family is lovely" Fai says. "Yes they are" Elizabeth says half smiling and taking a sip of her martini.
The sound of a microphone interrupted our conversation, thank God or Mom.
"Thank you all for coming tonight to this very important event for me" mom started to say and we approached the stage to be closer to her and get a good look at her "tonight I am honored to have my two daughters present here y/n and Camila they both are the definition of elegance and good fashion style, daughters you inspire me every day to be better, I love you, I hope you all enjoy this evening". Everyone started to applaud and my mom started to get off the stage, when suddenly I see Fai get on the stage and approach the microphone. 'What the fuck is he doing up there' I thought. "Hello everyone... umm y/n and I have a surprise for you, love come up here". I confusedly walked up to where he was standing with no idea what he was planning. "Now that we are all here we want to tell you that y/n and I are engaged" he says super excited, everyone started toasting and clapping for us. My parents were happy for me, I was just standing there smiling and not understanding anything. ——————
Lizzie's POV.
Great now they made it official, I can't feel more devastated I just started taking tequila shots to make my mood feel better but I don't think it's helping.
Maybe I need to drink not just tequila maybe I need something else.
I hope I don't regret it tomorrow for drinking so much tonight. ————-
