Hammer and Glass sat in the back of a van, surrounded by a pile of guns and explosives. They were on their way to a remote location where their new employer's rival was hiding out, planning their attack.

Malk, Sky, and their employer's men were driving the van, discussing the finer points of their plan. Hammer and Glass listened carefully, nodding along and offering suggestions when they could.

As they approached the location, Hammer's nerves began to get the best of him. He had been in dangerous situations before, but this felt different. This was a job that required the use of firepower, and he wasn't sure if he was ready for it.

Glass could sense his hesitation and leaned over to whisper in his ear. "We've got this," she said. "We're the Band of Misfits, remember? We can handle anything."

Hammer nodded, his jaw set. He knew she was right. They had come this far, and they couldn't back down now.

When they arrived at the location, they found themselves in the middle of a deserted warehouse district. Sky quickly laid out the plan, which involved setting explosives at key points around the building to create a distraction while the rest of the team stormed in.

Hammer and Glass were assigned to take out the guards at the front of the building. They nodded, grabbed their weapons, and prepared for the fight of their lives.

As they approached the entrance, the guards spotted them and opened fire. Hammer and Glass quickly took cover behind a nearby stack of crates and returned fire.

The sound of gunfire filled the air as the two sides battled it out. Hammer and Glass were outnumbered, but they were determined to hold their ground.

Suddenly, there was a deafening explosion from the other side of the building. The distraction had worked. The guards turned their attention to the explosion, and Hammer and Glass took the opportunity to charge forward.

They stormed into the building, guns blazing, taking out any guard who stood in their way. The rest of the team joined them, and they quickly made their way to the top floor where their target was hiding out.

The rival's men put up a fierce fight, but the Band of Misfits was better armed and better trained. They took out the guards one by one, clearing a path to their target.

Finally, they burst into the room where their target was hiding. The man was caught off guard, and he was quickly overpowered.

As they led their captive out of the building, Hammer and Glass breathed a sigh of relief. They had completed the job, and they had done it well.

But as they drove away from the scene, Hammer couldn't shake the feeling that something wasn't quite right. He couldn't put his finger on it, but he felt like they had been played.

Glass noticed his unease and placed a reassuring hand on his shoulder. "We did good," she said. "We completed the mission, and we got paid. What more could we ask for?"

Hammer nodded, but he couldn't shake the feeling that they had just gotten themselves in deeper than they had intended. The Band of Misfits had just completed their most dangerous mission yet, but the future was looking more uncertain than ever before.

The unnoticed phone in front of them began to rang. "Good job the next mission won't be as simple" he continued to explain the job. Knowing they had no choice hammer and glass gave each other a knowing glance. "We're in" they said.
