"So in this reality a large group of organized bandits who will remain nameless until revealed in the video attack a big supply and refugee port in vale this motivates Jaune into becoming a huntsmen to begin with but Jaune is a conscientious objector meaning he will not touch a weapon. You may be wondering what the hell Jaune is thinking but that will be revealed later. He is getting court-martialed by beacon staff because of his refusal to participate in combat related classes, if he loses he will be expelled if he wins he gets to continue."
"Jaune are you stupid, crazy or both?"
Saphron starred daggers at her brother
"I plea the fifth."
Jaune sheepishly says
Jaune slowly walks into a hearing room with ozpin at the head, all beacon staff on one side and professor port on the other acting as jaunes lawyer in this case
Jaune chances a look at the beacon staff as they look at him with a mix of surprise that he showed up and disappointment for not using a weapon.
"This seems a bit one sided." Jaune deadpans trying his best to admire how many people he riled up with his actions.
"Jaune, you refuse to participate in a key class. This is the appropriate response." Ren told Jaune getting nods from other students
He is infront of ozpin with prof. Port at his side who salutes Ozpin before Jaune also salutes.
Ozpin stoically salutes back
"Playing on my sense of stoicism and tradition to the old huntsmen ways, I'm impressed Mr. Arc."
Ozpin sipped from his mug
Jaune and port move to their seats and Jaune whispers something unheard into prof. Ports ear who looks at him shocked before carrying on.
"Please don't tell me vomit boys about to do something incredibly stupid?" Yang complained bored at the thought of court
Ozpin clears his throat
"This is a hearing into the matter of huntsmen in training, Jaune arc. The charge is 'disobeying orders from these commanding hunters.' How does the defendant say?"
Ozpin looks over at prof. Port awaiting his reply
With a slight crack in his voice prof. Port nervously answers
"Jaune arc wishes to enter a not guilty plea."
Silence fills the theatre
"Jaune, you made professor ports voice crack. What are you thinking?" Pyrrha stressed over her partner's decision
"I have no idea." Jaune was also taken aback from his plea
This gets all beacon staff to look over at him confused
"Is that so Mr. Arc? I thought that this was agreed. You wanted to enter some sort of plea bargain."
Ozpin asks baffled by prof. Ports answer
Jaune stands up
"Yes sir, but I changed my mind."
"Just like that?" Almost everyone cried out
