"MAYBE IF YOU PAYED ME MORE ATTENTION TO THE TIME, I WOULDNT HAVE GONE TO ASTORIAS ROOM" Mattheo yelled at me.

Mattheo and I were fighting because I was in the library studying with Pansy for the O.W.L's and I lost track of time. I know I should have been paying attention to the time but 2 things, i did ask Mattheo if he wanted to come and study and he said no. No. 2 even if i was late (by only 30 fucking minutes) he should have waited and not gone to "hangout" with Astoria.

"OKAY AND EVEN THO I WAS LATE, YOU SHOULDNT HAVE GONE TO THAT SNAKES ROOM!!" i yelled back.

"DONT YOU DARE CALL HER A SNAKE" he yelled getting up, walking towards me and pointing his finger in my face.

"oh so now you're defending her. Just yesterday she was some bitch you just wanted you for your money." i said.

"Well obviously i lied." Mattheo said

I got up from my seat and walked up the stairs to Pansy and I room.

"Hey what's going on?" she asked looking up from her book.

I ignored her. I walked to my dresser grabbed all his shirts, sweatshirts, boxers, and pants. I walked back downstairs with everything in my arms. When i got back down there Mattheo was sitting on the couch with Blaise, Draco, Theo, Lorenzo and that skank.... Astoria. She was sitting next to him with her head on his shoulder and he had his hand on her thigh. They all turned their heads.

"Since you would rather hangout with this homewreaking bitch than your gf OF 2 FUCKING YEARS. GO RIGHT A HEAD BECAUSE IM FUCKING DONE WITH YOU MATTHEO RIDDLE!" I screamed

They all had their mouths open. I threw his clothes on top of him.

"Close your mouth. The flies will get in." i said. I turned towards Astoria. "Since you want my EX BOYFRIEND so bad." i said putting emphasis on ex bf "have him."

"Come on y/n....." Mattheo said letting go of Astoria and getting up. He walks over and tried to touch my face

"no! don't touch me! you lost that privilege the second you thought of her. I'm done Mattheo. I'm done with the lying, the cheating, the.... everything. What we had was good and it was good while it lasted but good things don't last forever." i said crying.

I was playing with the necklace he gave me for our 1 year. It was a ring on a chain. A "promise" ring. We both had our own but he wore his as a ring , mine was too big for my fingers. I looked at his hands... it wasn't there. i reached around my neck and unhooked my necklace.

"give me your hand" i said.

He did as i told him. i place the necklace in his open hand and closed his hand in my 2 hands. i kissed the top of his hand and looked up at him. We were both crying.

"goodbye Mattheo." i said walking away
