51. RUN

The air was sucked out of the room and I took it as my chance to slip past Ghost and make a run for it.

Fuck!

I sprinted in my heels and heard them chasing me.

Ring ring ring.

I picked up my phone and answered.

"BUSY!"

"Where are you? What's going on? Why'd you send me your location?" Makia asked.

"141!"

"God damn it you got caught!?"

"RUNNING!"

"Keep running, Stacy and I will be there in a second!"

"Aye!"

"YN, stop running! You're making this worse!" Soap shouted.

"WHO'S IS IT!? Ghost shouted and my heart dropped.

He thinks it's his.

I ran into the cliffs and took off my heels.

Ow ow ow!

I ran with my heels in hand.

"Get her! She went in there! Follow her! Don't lose her!" Alejandro shouted in Spanish.

I'm going to throw up.

I kept running and hopped off a cliff ledge and landed on a lower cliff.

A bullet flew past me and I yelp before speeding up. I need to find a flat area.

I saw some in the distance and then down at the water.

Fuck me.

"YN, don't!" Gaz shouted.

I jumped and hugged my churning stomach as I fell.

I hit the water and I wanted to scream in pain but I immediately started swimming.

I could hear a chopper getting closer.

"YN! Come back now and the consequences will be minimal!" Price shouted from the top of the cliffs.

I kept swimming and climbed onto the flat ground.

A latter fell in front of me and I began to climb.

Makia stuck her head out and cussed me out.

"Hurry up!"

I was half way up when my ankle was grabbed.

"Look out!"

"Bit to late for that, don't you think!?" I snapped at Makia as I tried to kick Ghost off.

They were all getting closer.

The chopper began to lift higher and I gulped. A fall like this could really hurt Ghost.

"I got you!" I looked up to see Makia holding a gun.

"Don't!" I shouted and then screamed as a bullet hit her and she tumbled out of the chopper.

"MAKIA!"

"BABE!"

"STACY! GO!"

"ARE YOU NUTS!?"

"WE CAN'T ALL GET CAUGHT! GO! I'LL HELP HER!"

I let go of the latter and screamed as I fell.

"Get off of me!" Makia lifted Soap over her head and threw him at Price who collapsed under his sudden weight.

"AGH!" I was pinned down and put in handcuffs.

"YN!" Makia ran over just to be tackled by Konig.

"IDIOT, YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO RUN!" I shouted and she screamed, trying to bite Konig.

"Let her go! She did nothing wrong! Stop! What are you doing!?"

They put her in handcuffs and I screamed.

"NO! LET HER GO! SHE NEEDS MEDICAL ATTENTION! LET HER GO!"

"Be quiet!" Ghost ordered of me.

"YN!" Konig hit her with the butt of his gun and she fell limp.

"NO, PLEASE! PLEASE LET HER GO! I'LL GO WITH YOU BUT YOU NEED TO LET HER GO! SHE CAN'T COME WITH US!"

I looked back at Ghost and he pulled me to my feet.

"Ghost, please! I'll do anything! Just let her go!"

"Shut up." I grunted as I was hit over the head and everything went dark.
