The Celestial Water Dragon Slayer (Editing! ^_^)

Caught

Luna glanced at Kat and Red. They were dodging people left and right, attempting to stay out of sight from the soldiers and the people who were living in the building. Blue in the other hand was stealthily climbing up of the flight of stairs because her fur matched the color of the carpet. She had thought this was a preposterous idea but agreed with it anyway because she couldn't think of any other plan besides talking to them or Shiro. The others disagreed with her ideas anyway. And plus, she was still pretty mad at them for waking her up during her nap.

Once all of them had successfully snuck up the flight of stairs, they hid next to the door.
"They aren't here, sir." A voice had said.

Luna could hear a sigh and then a cough. "Breathing in the air in this place is hazardous," the person mumbled. She heard the person clear his voice and say in a commanding voice, "Alright. We must immediately issue a search for these people as possible dangerous people related to a number of crimes. Tatsumi, has your team searched the whole building, yet?"

"Yes, sir."

The man sighed. "Wait till the council men hear about how I didn't find them. Men! Back to the council!"
Luna and the others scrambled around the place to hide and with a lot of bumping into each other, they managed to run all the way back downstairs. Once there, they bump into both Shiro and Nana (landlord for those of you who didn't read my edited last chapter X3). Nana lost her balance and fell with them whereas Shiro grunted. He suddenly stiffened.

"One move and we'll be forced to harm you!" Lahar stood behind him with his men already armed. His eyes landed on Luna and Kat and it instantly morphed into confusion. "You two?"

Shiro took this as an advantage and grabbed the staff Lahar was holding and pushed it inward to his stomach. Lahar grimaced and his men about to charge. Shiro immediately summoned out a razor sharp blade against his throat. "One move and I'll be forced to kill you!" He mocked Lahar's voice.

"Shiro! I don't think that's a good idea!" Kat yelled urgently. "You're going to get us arrested."

With wide eyes, Luna tackled Shiro to his side and Blue and Red caught the blade.
"Luna!" Nana held a hand at her mouth.
"Ow. Ow. Ow. Ow. Ow!" Red tried not to touch the sharp side but with no avail.
"Careful!" Blue and Red put it down where Shiro couldn't reach it.

By the time Shiro and Luna had stood up, they were all surrounded by the Rune Knights. Lahar stepped cautiously closer into the circle. "Please cooperate with us until we transport you to the Magic Council for questioning."
Shiro summoned two spears and yelled, "Like hell I would go to that place!" He aimed for a random Rune Knight but it stuck an inch away from his calm face. "Damn council magic." He sighed and returned the weapons and gave Luna a gruesome glare.

"Thank you." Lahar then transported them to a truck nearby where a large crowd was forced to part through.

"So much for fighting them..." Kat growled.
"Aye." Red and Luna said together.
