Mira's POV

Later that day 5:00 PM

I'm finally back at Delali's house, So we called Aunty to let her know that we signed the papers and got the keys, she was so excited for us that she came over almost immediately to vet the place then she brought us to Pricemart, where she bought most of the things that we would need to start out as a house warming gift.

After taking a shower I called Zy'aire, my period is supposed to start next week so I need to stock up on my sanitary items, so set a reminder to do that tomorrow.

On the phone with Zy'aire now and he's asking to see me because he misses me and he has something to give me. Getting a bit excited I asked Delali if she would be comfortable with him coming here and she said okay

I sent him the location, and he said he would be there in 15 minutes, Delali's mom wasn't home so it was just me and her, so I wasn't plan on being long

After about 10 minutes he called and said he was outside and I jumped and and ran with D laughing at me because I was screaming my man is here.

I got to the car and he leaned over and opened the door from inside.

"Hey," I said getting into the car. He leaned over and kissed me on my cheek and said "Hey pretty girl"

"How you feeling, did you eat?"

"I'm okay still shocked that I'm gonna be moving out I've been wanting to get out for so long, and yes I did eat" I said answering his questions

"Okay, so I know its been a little over a month now and in the space of time of have been able to get me to talk about almost everything, like nobody has before, you keep me grounded and you have become a stable part of my life. So I just wanted to ask you to be my girlfriend" he finished up holding my hand and looking very vulnerable in front of me, I've never seen him like this

sitting there listening to him I'm kinda speechless like I know we talked about this and I said I would want to be asked so it's clear instead of one day just get up a say yah me woman I didn't want to have to assume or guess.

But for him to actually do it want to cry, instead of answering him I leaned over and gave him the most passionate kiss I could hoping that it would say the words I couldn't

"So I'm guessing that's a yes,"

"Yes I'll be your girlfriend,"  I say grinning so hard my jaw hurts.

"Thank God, me did nervous yuh fuck, feel how me a shake" he says and I laugh at his stupidity.

"I want you to come over tomorrow night can you?" He asks

"Well I'm going back home so I can back my bags Delali and I ended up cleaning the entire apartment today because her mother came over and helped us, So I'm gonna be moving in first so yeah I can" I tell him, picking something from his beard.

We sat and talked for a couple minutes more then he got a call so he had to g, I got out of the car and he drove off, once again like somebody a chase him.

When I got back inside Delali was waiting at the door with Bri on the phone, I guess waiting for me to tell them what happened

"suh.." Delali asked

"He asked me,"

"Yuh lie why you so calm"

"I so serious he asked me to be his girlfriend and I said yes, So I'm going over his out tomorrow after I move in." I inform them and they both got excited for me.
