Monday 8:30 am

I have work in a couple hours and honestly, while I am beyond grateful for the opportunity that the firm gave me, this isn't my speed but beggars can't be choosers so until I have my degree in hand me ago suck it up and continue save up me money until better come. Me no hear from me since like yesterday but it too early fi call her although I know she up so me ago give her some time.

Bri Bri🥴 Calling....

Like she smell the rat, answering the phone quickly "What a way you busy and me cyaa hear from you" I say to her as soon as the line connects
"Amira, can I come stay with you for a couple days" she says softly and I hear sniffling like she a bawl.
"A cry yah cry, why yah cry wah happen?" I say and run to Delali's room, I didn't stay with Zy'aire after the party, him fuck too much and me did tired so me hide from him.

Muting the call I whispered saying "Bri deh pon the phone and she a cry she wah come over, you kl with that?"
"Ofc wah kind a question that yah ask me, why she a cry anyways?" She asks
"She no say nothing she just over here a bawl" putting the phone on speaker and unmuting my mic. "Ofc you can come Bri, but why are you crying."

"Mommy tell me fi pack me bags and come out so me a put some things inna me suitcase, hopefully this a just one a her episode them and the next couple day she alright.
But me done pack some things so me a come now before she start flings things" she finishes up and ends the call and Delali and I sit the confused as hell

We know Bri and her mother have had issues before but it's never gotten this bad to where she puts her out, I cannot even begin to think about what happened to spark that kind of response.
What a good thing work a start late today.

After making breakfast and pacing back and forth worried about Bri she finally called us to let her in and help with the bags. Delali works from home so she would be able to be with her for the entire because honestly it sound like she needed the company.

"Alright tell we wah happen now." I say to Bri as soon as we got into the house the out the bags down.
"So ummm, last night Romário come look for me, we talked and watch movie, but on this lead to the next and we drop asleep and him leave too close to the time mommy a come home, I guess she see the car a leave from the gate and she start cuss me a talk bout who me have over here and whatever.

Me try play it off make it seem like me no know wah she a talk bout and me no know which car she a refer to and that if anything was there a maybe just some random person weh stop. Yk dem way deh." She say and we both listen attentively encouraging her to finish

"Then wah happen, and we soon talk bout why he was there, cause you know how you mother stay" Delali scolds her, as much as she smaller than both of us she is like the mother of the group always calling us out on where we went wrong but at the same time letting us know yeah we do it this way learn from you mistake and do it better a next time.

"Me know D, me think she done now cause she did go silent so me a say ahh me alright me good. Me start clean up the living room under style just a put back things weh did out a place. Up to now me no know wah she see or whatever the lady start up again, this time a call me whore and slut and all sort of degrading words, she say she hate me and wish me did dead and me must come out a her house cause me a slut. She always talk like this so me a think say me just stay quiet take me cussing then go inna the room go bawl, she start fling things so me realize say she nah play and she really want me out, so now I'm here." She leans over sobbing, and I rub her back trying to provide some sort of comfort.

"Alright then, you know say we got you but you affi go talk to you mother eventually so just give her a day or two, however.... Details and all the drama as to why Badz  sleep a yuh yard." D said grinning trying to lighten the mood and Bri looks up laughing.

"Him did tired, I guess" Bri says smirking but she just gi weh herself cause we know her style by now,
"So wah make him tired miss?" I ask pressing her to talk

"Girl!!.... Girl, when I say nobody never make me feel the way him make me feel last night, I wasn't planning on giving it up you know a long time me no do nothing, but the way he was looking at me, and the conversation. Whew..

You see when him touch me certain way I literally felt like I was on fire. Before him did leave him say me a him woman so I guess that means I'm taken now." She finishes off, her smile was so bright she  is literally glowing a wonder if a so me look when me talk bout Zy'aire, a so D look when she talk bout her man so maybe.

"I'm glad you had a amazing night me no know who yah go sleep with but since as me a go work you can chill off inna my room cause D need the silence inna her room, Later when me reach home we can have a little girls night, ago buy a bottle a wine when me a come back." With that I left out the house to head to work praying for my safety and a smooth day.

Zy'aire's POV
12:47PM

"Dawg, we need to hurry up sort out this situation wid we father and Daville, you know me no inna the fuckery again me just wah focus pon me business them and me girl," I say to Romário but him seems out of it. "A wahmp to you bredda?" I shout and that breaks him out of the trance he was in.

"Not a thing dawg, I think me have a girl now" He says smiling and I'm confused for a minute but quickly realize who he's talking about.

"Bomboclaaat!!!!, never would I think to see this day coming" I jeer

"Dawg calm dung, as me say I think, me want her for sure but me feel like this a something weh me have to do the right way, and based pon wah we talk bout me get fi understand she delicate so you know mi affi take me time and go through.

But we really need fi sort out dah thing yah, me no deh pon the war motive and the man dem a get antsy.

And them wah go after the people them weh did shoot you, me no make them know say we know a who do it though." He says finishing up

"Me no know why him come round we wid him fuckery enuh, but i think if we meet up with Daville square off the funds fi the missing products and hand him over make him work fi them or something cause the place did peaceful before him reach and me cyaa bother." I say and Romário laughs "Yah laugh me serious dawg"

"We can call Daville set up a meeting and work out something before things get worse then." He says and walk off to make the call and end this before it get drastic, me have things a strive for now more than ever and Romário have him kid and now him girl. Me want him move on to better things but that's his decision to make ultimately.
