The little girl woke up startled to see the Mistress towering over her.
"I need you to help me set up for a dinner.

The girl obediently got up and followed the Mistress out of the dungeon.

At a nearby mansion
"Kanji! Hurry up! We'll be late for our dinner with the Mistress!"

Kanji, a little boy from the Bernadone family, hurried to get ready for his mother's dinner.
"Ok! Ok! Let's go!"

Back at the Mistress' mansion
"Very well."
The Mistress looked pleased at the little girl's work.

"Ah. The guests are here."
As the Mistress turned to walked away, she suddenly said,
"You've saved yourself a beating.
"Now get back into your dungeon."
"Y-yes Mistress."
Eyeing the treats on the table, as soon as the Mistress left her sights, the girl grabbed a bunch of goodies to eat. Just then...
"HEY! THIEF!"
The girl looked up in horror to the see Mistress looking down at her.
"YOU LITTLE-"
The Mistress snatched the food from the girl's hand, grabbed a stick, and began to beat her.
"Wait! Please! I'm sorry!"
"I'm not...accepting...AN APOLOGY!"

The guests POV:
"Ah, it's nice here, isn't it Kanji."
"Mhm.."
Kanji looked around.
I'm hungry.
Maybe I should wander around and see if I find the kitchen?
Kanji silently got up from his seat, once his mother was distracted, and ran out of the living room.
He wandered around for a while, until he heard,
"Please! That hurts!"
He ran towards the noise.
What...the...
He stopped and stared horrified as he saw the Mistress attacking a little girl.
"I'm so sorry...I was just really hungry..."
The Mistress finally stopped beating the girl then said,
"Into the dungeon, NOW."
The little girl got slowly, staggered, then made her way into the dungeon.
I-
I can't believe it...
Kanji ran to hide as the Mistress left the kitchen, then he grabbed some food and walked towards the wooden door.
Drat. It's locked.
He looked around and noticed a silver key on the counter.
He snatched it, unlocked the door, then walked down the stairs.
"I-is anyone in here?"
He waited in silence, then heard a little girl's cries.
He rushed over.
"Hey, I have some food, would you like some..?"
