It had, for once, been a quiet week.

Dealing with an over emotional imp of hell had been interesting for the first couple of days. Craig had practically followed the imp with an extinguisher as Tweek unknowingly started literal small emotional fires while going about their lives.

However, it luckily didn't last long and there was only a few items to replace within the household. Some sense of normality started to return by the third and fourth day; between working and Craig's more than ever popular bible study group - Craig took some time to show Tweek around what exactly South Park had to offer (not much by a long shot, but at least he could navigate his way around if needed). Tricia had also made her bashful return too, offering to take the anxious imp shopping because 'why the hell was he wearing so many of your clothes?' It puzzled the younger sibling but it was a perfect excuse to avoid staying in her brothers company for too long.

Sunday morning had rolled around and Craig had spent a deal of time arranging his first ever Sunday service. He headed Kenny's warning about not over riling the church goers and he'd only ask for the imps help if he got into troubled waters. As he took to the lectern, he was taken aback by the numerous faces staring up at him - his throat dry and skin clammy due to rising nerves. This time, the room was packed - there was no way he could address all these people. He wasn't ready for this, he was still uncertain if this was his life's calling realistically - his chest tightened as he continued to prolong the silence between himself and the crowd.

Suddenly, as quickly as it came, the anticipation melted away and Craig was suddenly feeling more at ease with his situation. It most likely helped by the fact that time around him was literally standing still - the church goers sat blanked face up at him, unmoving and soundless. The flickering of candles stopped mid movement and Craig even tried to retrieve his book from where it rested in the lectern to no avail. It was like being stuck inside a photograph.

'What are you doing?' Of course, assuming the culprit - who else wanted to play these games with him. Craig attempted to move his feet in order to face his imps direction but he found he was also somewhat caught up in this snapshot moment.

'Helping.' Tweeks voice cooed inside his mind, an amused tone ringing through his word. Craig struggled to find the reason all this would help, but admittedly - he did feel calmer. 'You're trying to fuck this up... Just think of last time and how good you felt after... You've got this.' The imp continued. With that, a sense of constraint wrapped around Craig's frame - like someone had awkwardly tried to pull him into a hug from behind. It felt like a strange sort of electrical static that wrapped his limbs and held his head, but it was also warm and had a closeness about it. As his eyes tried to avert back to his bible, his gaze caught himself in the golden alter just to his side - around his distorted reflection was a black aura, almost like a secondary shadow, with a set of two massive shadowy wings. This shadow has grafted itself around his figure and held it tight. He couldn't completely figure out all the fuzzy and distorted features but he knew it was the semblance of Tweek - and he genuinely felt some sense of ease with his imp tucked around him.

Funny how things turn out. He wished death upon himself after finding out that the imp had grafted with his soul, now... Well he wasn't sure he could imagine his life without this chaotic creature.

'I got this...'

...

'Woah! Well done champ!' His fathers voice instantly recognisable. A firm grasp took the pastors shoulders, a hand clapping against his left arm. 'See all the good things that happen when you actually set your mind to it.' A typical fathers speech, at least he was somewhat pleased with him - finally getting his proud father moment after being such a 'disappointment' in the past.
