Appreciation

Finally, I am done with my third story here on Wattpad. It has been a very long journey.

I want to appreciate everyone who has read, voted and commented. I want to thank my little sister who doesn't know much about this story, but she has listened to whatever I have to say about it since the beginning. And mostly to God for once again granting me the inspiration which came in the form of a dream.

So a little back story on Down Memory Lane. The idea for this story was born from a dream. A dream I had sometime in 2019 after I had graduated high school.

I had a dream, I was still in high school, which I got to know is not uncommon given that I was there for 6 years and I missed the people I was close to then and now the chances of me seeing some of them again we're close to zero.

And so Down Memory Lane began. It changed a bit from what was the original plot, but not so much, some things were added, things that couldn't be resolved in this story, thus the birth of a sequel.

For now, all I have for the sequel is a name, a blurb and some points, nothing much yet and it might take a few years for me to get started and then put it out on Wattpad, considering I'm working on another story which would also have a sequel.

I'm thinking of posting that story here too, but I would be honest I'm a bit uncertain about doing so, but we'll see time will tell.

So for now, what I can say is it will take some time for me to publish my next story here. I don't even know what it would be, but I have two stories of different genres in mind. Romance and Fantasy.

This was a very tough story for me, one of the toughest I had written. It took more than a year from the first day I posted it on Wattpad which was the 5th of June 2021, till I finished it today, the 7th of August 2022.

I admit it's been done for a while but my life had been something else these past months since February 24th, 2022, it's been one thing after another but I try to push through every day and I hope we can all push through whatever situation we are going through.
