chapter 12

Tates POV-

It was around 2pm and I was eating breakfast.
I had just gotten done with my morning workout and I needed a break.

I decided to scroll through my phone and then I got an incoming call from Jenna.

Ft Call:

Jenna- hey loser

Tate- hey what's up?

Jenna- So i'm here with aliyah and she's going to a party tonight. She wanted to know if you would come with us.

Tate- What time?

Aliyah- It starts at 8 probably until like midnight or something.

Tate- alright yeah ill meet you guys there. Send me the address.

Jenna- see you later.

*hangs up*

Jennas POV-

It was 7pm and I was just about done getting ready. I decided to wear a black tight dress with heels and a small jacket over me.

"Hey are you ready?" Aliyah says.

"Yup just putting on my mascara." I say.

After we gathered all of our things we made our way to the party.

The house was big and there were so many people.

"Aliyah who's party is this?" I say.

"Her names Olivia, she's a singer. I became friends with her in college." She says.

A singer??

As we were at the gate a car pulled up next to us. It was tate signaling for us to put the window down so we did.

"Aliyah you didn't tell me we were coming to my best friends house." She laughs.

"Best friend?" I say.

"Yeah I've known Olivia since I was like 13. Anyways lets go in." She says driving in.

(Time skip to 2 hours in)

Tate and I are dancing together while Aliyah is drinking with some guy. Yeah she dumped Brandon and is now living her best life.

"Hey im gonna go get us more drinks." Tate yells in my ear.

The music was very loud so I just nodded.

Tates POV-

I was grabbing more drinks when I felt arms around my waist.

"I didn't know you were gonna be here." I hear a voice say.

I turn around to see her, Olivia. We've always been good friends even when she's away touring or filming something.

"I didn't know you were back in town but I'm glad I decided to come when I heard about a party." I say smiling at her.

"I missed you." she says.

"I missed you too." I say.

I hug her back tightly.

"I want you to meet someone." I say.

She smiles and nods so I take her hand through the crowd and find Jenna.

"Hey jen this is Olivia and Olivia this is jenna." I say.

They say hi and smile at each other.

"I'll catch up with you later liv, we can plan a day to hang out. I might go home soon." I say.

"Okay yeah for sure, see you soon." she says.

She hugs me and then walks away.

"Tate how the fuck are we getting home. I'm starting to see double." Jenna says.

"Double? I started seeing that a long time ago now all i'm seeing are like... you know what never mind. I am fucked." Aliyah says.

I laugh at both of them.

"I didn't drink that much so i'll drive you guys home and i'll call someone to bring your car home aliyah. lets go." I say smiling at them.

They both hold onto my arms as we walk out. Jenna starts squeezing my upper arm.

"Why didn't i notice before how buff you are." Jenna says.

Aliyah then starts squeezing my arm.

"Oh my god Jenna you're so right. We have supergirl taking care of us." Aliyah says.

They both start laughing and Jenna almost trips which makes them laugh even more. I just smile and roll my eyes at them.

"Okay come on." I say.

I open the passenger door and back door and make sure they get in okay.

I put jennas seat belt on for her and I was about to ask aliyah if shes okay but she was laying down on her back snuggled up with her jacket.

I close their doors and start driving.

"you're cute when you're driving."

I look over and see Jenna smiling at me struggling to keep her eyes open.

"take a little nap." I say smiling back at her.

"Tate i'm in love with you I just really like you and you're so pretty like so pretty." She says.

I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I mean she obviously just said that because shes drunk.

"Jenna shut your mouth I'm tired." I hear behind me.

"You invited me to the party so it is your fault why I'm drunk so no aliyah i will not shut my mouth. Thank you." Jenna says.

Jenna then takes my hand and places a kiss on it and then puts it on her face and falls asleep with it.
Although I needed it to drive, she was sleeping on it so I didn't want to move it plus they both finally fell asleep.

I decided to just drive to my house and they could sleep in guest rooms I have.

I put my car in park and took my keys out and decided to wake them up.

I opened the door for jenna and picked her up and then woke aliyah up.

"Hey this house is big have I been here before?" Aliyah says.

"I think so." Jenna says half asleep.

"Okay anyway, Aliyah you can sleep in this room, Jenna will be next door and ill be across the hall. Take these in the morning." I say.

I put water and Advil on the nightstand next to her and then I put jenna in her bed and went downstairs to get her advil and water.

I put them down on the desk.

"can you stay with me and hold me?" I heard jenna faintly say.

"uh yeah come here." I say

I get next to her and she puts her leg over me and then she lays her head on my chest.

It didn't take long for the both of us to fall asleep.
