"I know that you must feel like facing
With ruin, facing with ruin
I messed it up like always, I'm afraid of loosing, I'm
Afraid of loosing"~ 𓆉 ~
Fate loved playing with her toys. She enjoyed the thrill of her items causing mayhem, watching them intertwining into the others life through courtship, fulfillment, or resentment. But oh, she so dearly adored the interlude where fated lovers are momentarily enemies. That was why she gazed upon Kaida Crestwood and Finnick Odair like a home-made meal set out before her. She ate up the insults, jeers, and tension before them. Hence why she couldn't have Kaida, the blonde fallen angel, dive into deaths hands willingly.
"Here's where you will be staying. Don't you just adore the interior designs and how thoughtful the builders were of every little detail? I know I sure do! Anyways, dearies, go get cleaned up. And Kaida, do not expect me to forget what just went on. You could have had some decorum!" Justyce, a woman full of comments, had ushered the two away before stopping Kaida in her steps.
The girl had simply nodded her head, uttering out a small apology before turning and heading to her room. She needed a hot shower after all she went through. And perhaps, she wouldn't mind some luxury at the hands of comfortable pajamas.

After a stern tirade from Justyce, a grim warning from Achilles, and a disapproving look from Leo, Kaida had finally got through the long day of the parade. It was morning now, the sun already awoken and the tributes all stacked into an eerie training room. A woman, the head trainer of the tributes, had listed out the rates of which caused death.
Kaida had listened intently to the words spoken, taking in each word with a calm demeanor. Soaking in the recommendations thrown her way - learning survival - the girl was already confident in her fighting abilities to put it off for the first few hours.
When the tributes were broken up to start with whatever they deemed necessary, the blonde girl had booked it to the plant station. She could use some knowledge on what would be found there if she were to be stuck without any choice. Having left Angel who had sought out the sword area, Kaida went straight to work in learning the differences. It would be a shame to die at the hands of an unknown food.
"That's Lily of the Valley. I wouldn't recommend eating that." A small voice spoke up, a slight joking lilt to the words. Kaida, who had been caught completely off-guard, spun around quickly to come face-to-face with a small light brunette girl. She quickly recognized the young child as Lillie Norsin, the girl reaped from District 3. With a slight stalling of her breath and her heart skipping a beat, she kept the conversation going.
"Poisonous?"
"Very."
Smiling slightly in thanks, Kaida scratched that down in her memory of plants and moved onto the next. As she was about to pair it up with the wrong berry, Lillie's petite hand quickly stopped hers. "Nightlock. It's even more deadly than Lily of the Valley. It's often seen as edible but will stop a persons heart seconds into being consumed."
Turning with wide eyes, Kaida hurriedly withdrew her hand from pressing the wrong button. "How'd you know that? I've never even heard of that plant before." She lightly questioned, genuine curiosity lacing her words. The small girl puffed out her chest in pride as a proud smile broke free. "My pop-pop taught me that! He specialized in herbs for our district when the people would fall ill. He taught me everything there is to know about plants."
