I haven't watched the movie yet, but I think this is the third time I have watched the whole series, and I always felt like Isaac's storyline ended too abruptly.
We at least got the chance to see Jackson return to Beacon Hills and help the pact, and apparently, Stiles is mentioned in the movie, but we never got even a mention of Isaac's whereabouts after he left with Chris Argent at the end of season 3.
This story will refer to some of the situations in the series, but it is an alternative storyline of what Isaac experienced after leaving Beacon Hills and takes place around seven years after he left Beacon Hills and five years after the war against super naturals led by Monroe/Gerard at the end of the series.
I don't have any rights over the Teen Wolf characters mentioned in the story.
