[Ch 49]+(Little One Is Here)

At the Konoha Hospital...

Keo had been trembling and worried for Naruto and the little one.

To day is may 26 and Naruto's water broke and is sent fast to the hospital into the delivery room.

'Please be alright', Keo is concerned and couldn't stay calm with Naruto is in labor.

Tsunade and made sure no one see's Naruto and made the entire Naruto having a baby private while he gives birth in the delivery room.

Tsunade, Sakura, and Karin were in the delivery room helping Naruto give birth and made sure about Naruto and the child's safety.

Naruto had been screaming from the pain and Keo couldn't enter however he was block by Neji and Choji from entering.

Keo couldn't do anything, but wait at the hallway.

"Rono San don't worry to much, Naruto and your child will be her soon", Neji said as Choji made sure to block the door so that Keo doesn't enter.

"Stop shaking you look like your scared out of your mind, what a drag", Shikamaru walked in the three of them and scratch his head.

"I know guys, but I couldn't help it", Keo said back.

While they were talking outside the scream inside the delivery room.

Everyone didn't say anything anymore Choji move at the side as Sakura came out of the delivery room with a calm smile.

"Good news Naruto is alright and well also congratulations he gave birth to a baby boy", Sakura said to ease Keo's mind.

"Congrats Rono San", Choji patted Keo's back.

"Rono San is it ok for Neji to check your son?", Sakura asked politely.

"Uh I- sure!", Keo rashly came out of his mouth.

Sakura than called Neji in and he followed her from behind.

The babies cries can be heard and Keo couldn't wait however Choji and Shikamaru stop him.

The child is breathing well as Tsunade has check his pulse quickly.

Tsunade then clean the little one and put the him on Naruto for skin to skin touch on his naked chest.

The baby squirm and had his lips on one of Naruto's male breast which are lactating and warm for the little one to lay down.

Naruto held the baby to make sure he didn't fall and watch the little one sucking on his chest.

Afterwards....

The care during this period should be continuous and effective. Newborn care consists of evaluation for the need of resuscitation, a complete physical exam, administration of prophylactic medications and vaccines, adequate feedings, safe sleep, hygiene of the newborn, and other important areas for baby wellbeing.

Tsunade followed those steps and watch the baby now in a nicer skin color then the previous one.

Naruto had been at the hospital bed resting as the little one is at the private NICU nurse.

NICU nurse. NICU nurses work in the neonatal intensive care unit of a hospital. They care for newborns and premature infants.

Karin and a group of 3 nurse's takes care of little one.

With Naruto and Keo...

Keo is watching the sleepy Uzumaki on a hospital bed with a hospital IV drip at his right hand.

'Thank God', Keo isn't religious his just saying it as he was relieved.

Then someone came in and it is Sakura.

"You alright Rono San?", Sakura asked Keo.

"Yeah I think so and thank along with the other's for Naruto and my son", Keo said.

"No worries", Sakura said and went to Naruto's side to check on him.

Flashback...

Neji used his Byakugan on the child that is lying on Naruto's chest.

"Did you find anything?", Sakura asked clasping both her hands.

Looking further Neji was surprised and deactivate his Byakugan.

"This strange energy has mix with the Chakra I think they are similar however the strange energy is different from Chakra", Neji said back to Sakura.

"You mean it fused together with Chakra?!", Sakura was shocked to hear it.

"Yes, however it didn't seem to harm the child because the child is controlling flowing the strange energy everywhere in his body", Neji added more.

"That is a new discovery", Karin said as she walked and stood beside Sakura

Tsunade heard it and talked more with Sakura, Karin, and Neji that this strange energy will be disclosed for the sake of the child.

End Flashback...

Sakura check Naruto's pulse and he is recovering well.

Then Karin came in with a hospital stroller inside is the little one squirming in his small white baby clothes.

"Is that him?", Keo stood up and look inside was a cute mix of him and Naruto.

The little one is so small that Keo is afraid to hold him because what if he might break his son's bone.

Naruto had woken up hearing little baby noises.

Sakura took out the baby stroller and put him beside his mother.

The little one started making cooing baby.

Keo smiled and look at Naruto smiling and watching the little one fall asleep beside him.

"Isn't he just a cutie", Karin whispered so that the baby won't cry form loud noises.

"His so precious", Sakura said.

Keo sat beside the hospital bed and use his finger to get near the baby.

The baby felt a big thing grab it which was Keo's fiinger, the baby giggled.

Sakura and Karin couldn't help but be sugary by the scene both want to dote over the child.

Maybe they can have their own child in the later years.

"What should we name him?", Naruto asked Keo.

"Let me think about it....mmm...how about Theo?, sounds simple and good", Keo said.

"What does Theo mean?", Naruto asked back at Keo.

"Well it means "God's Gift" that's what Theo means, Love", Keo said and making Naruto like the name.

"That's a meaningful and strange I never heard that name before", Sakura said and had read many books and never heard a name Theo.

"Strange names Rono San has some weird taste and looking at Rono San's expression it isn't a made up name", Karin said back at Sakura, Sakura nodded at Karin's opinion about the strange name.

The two medic's watch the family interaction of Keo, Naruto, and their little son Theo they both watch at the side of the the room.

Theo is strange however it is a meaningful name for a child.

"God's Gift" is what it means.
