Here the short summery of what happened and what can be expected from his part:
Alhaitham asked the traveler Lumine to help sorting out his feelings for Kaveh. He is in love with his roommate for years now, but only recently he realized how much pain it causes him to ignore and hide his real feelings. He knows more than anyone that Kaveh needs stability in his life - drastic change of his behavior would therefore scare his roommate away. Together with Lumine he came up with a plan. He wants to start carefully showing his affection for Kaveh. The second part of the story focusses on the day after the Interdarshan Championship. According to his plan, Alhaitham does some progress on their relationship and starts to open up by showing new sides of his personality. But he didn't expect what will happen next. It seems his plan got ruined...

Update: After Kaveh's hangout this chapter was edited.

The story begins after the event 'A Parade of Providence' right after Alhaitham tells Kaveh, that the reason why Kaveh's fathers was going to the desert (right before his death) was because he was influenced by Sachin's ideology. Sachin was the same man who wanted Kaveh to inherit his wealth after winning the Interdarshan Championship.

'...Thanks for letting me know all this', says Kaveh in a soft tone.

'Ahem...What?', askes Alhaitham pretending he didn't hear what Kaveh said.

'I said, thanks for letting me know. Hey! Stop acting like you didn't hear me! You're doing this on purpose, aren't you!?', says Kaveh annoyed.

'They say that earnest thanks should be given thrice, so...One more time, please.' Alhaitham is enjoying this moment maybe more than he should. It is probably best to quit the teasing now, he thinks.

'Anyway...I am hungry now and want to go home. Are you coming with me?', asks the scribe.

'You are lucky I am this considerate and packed some leftovers for you from our get together. I am coming with you as I feel exhausted from the whole day. It was too much to process....'

'You did, huh? Oh well. Let's get going then.' Alhaitham is happy he can finally be alone again together with Kaveh.

They arrive at Alhaitham's home. Kaveh is warming up the food he brought for him.

'Hmm...what a coincidence. The leftovers you brought me were not even touched by anyone. And it is my favorite dish, too.'

'Stop complaining. You don't need to eat it if you don't want to.', said Kaveh a little embarrassed that Alhaitham figured everything out already.

'I brought us some wine to celebrate today', says Alhaitham instantly noticing Kaveh's discomfort.

'I guess I will have a glass or two.' Says Kaveh while opening the bottle. The smell of a fruity flavor spreads through the dining room.
Both clink the glasses together.

'The toast goes to you Kaveh. You really won the Championship today. I didn't think you had it in you to beat all the other contestants.'

'Yeah...unfortunately I still need to live with you for who knows how long.'

'I don't mind.', says Alhaitham immediately.

'Does it mean you...would miss me when I would move out?', teases Kaveh a little.

'I would certainly miss you doing the chores and having nobody to argue with', says Althaitham without reviling the whole truth.

'How typical. So this is all you care about, huh? You and your temper. You will never change.'
Says Kaveh a bit regretful and takes as sip from the wine cup.

'Mhhmm the wine tastes good, let's have another glass! Still...,' he says thoughtfully, 'I don't really understand one thing.'

'What do you want to know, Kaveh?', asks the scribe curious.
