Tyler groaned as he shuffled around in his bed wondering what time it was as an annoying buzzing sound was repeatedly getting louder and louder. He turned to his right and looked at the digital— Wait, wrong side— He turned to his left and sat up, stretching his arms out and yawning loudly. "Need to get this out of my system first..." He remarked before he looked at the digital clock on his nightstand and slammed it with his palm.
6:12 AMHe then stared at his 9" large LED digital alarm clock. He suddenly remembered a commercial about it, which was way too long and went along the lines of; It features a large 9-inch display, with big, bold numbers in white color against a black background. It has a snooze feature and easy-to-use dimmer touch control for brightness control. The alarm volume is also adjustable at either low or high, and the volume gradually increases to wake a person up. Tyler learned that the hard way when he accidentally set it during the weekend, that was a mistake. He thought to himself, rubbing the back of his neck sheepishly. That day, he swore that he would never make the same mistake again.
Tyler got out of bed and looked in the mirror, he looked like a mess, he knew he was considered "good-looking" but right now he couldn't see why. His black hair is disheveled and tangled but in an endearing sort of way. His eyes had bags under them and he just looked exhausted. He reminded himself to help himself with that later, he got up and started to walk downstairs before plopping himself on the couch.I'm just not energetic enough today... He groaned before grabbing a cushion and using it as a pillow. I just have to get through school today, then I can get rest when I get home. He sighed in relief, thinking about all the things he could do when he got home from school later today.
Sneak Peek For Next Chapter:
He went to the bathroom put some of it on his ring finger and started to put eye serum/creamer on the dark areas, he let it dry a bit before applying a color corrector to it. Andrea pounded on the bathroom door, "Hurry up, princess! Some of us actually have to use the bathroom!" she yelled, continuing to pound on the door, hitting it with the rage of a Karen who had her demand denied by a retail worker and screaming to speak to the manager. "Quit it or else I won't be making your favorite food today, 'Drea!" Tyler hissed through gritted teeth, there was an audible groan and the door was no longer being beaten.
