Freen and Becky is in the back seat still trying to digest that they have won 4 major awards that they are nominated to. They also won minor award each.
"We won all four of them." Freen said still in awe.
They both come to the awards night with humble heart that being nominated is already a win for them. They have hope of winning but they did not expect it to keep their hearts grounded. That is why they are overwhelmed that they keep on winning each category.
"Both our hashtags are trending." Becky said as she is scrolling through her phone. "But —some of our fans still fighting. I wonder why they are figh—"
Freen snatches the phone from Becky.
"Stop that." She said to avoid Becky to read twitter post that have negative impact to their mental health. "We promise not to dwell on negativity, right?"
"Yes. But I'm just curious.."
"I know you are. We can check it out later but for tonight let us focus on celebration." She said and held Becky's hand. "We did it. We did it, Baby." She said to mimic Becky's words on their acceptance speech for the couple of the year category.
"Aww.. you are teasing again. I really did not mean to call you out that way. I did not mean to put it out there tonight for all thousand of watching. I'm shy." She said with her shy laughter. "I bet our fans caught that slip."
"Oh! Yes, they will definitely caught that. You are on mic." Freen said to tease her more. "But its okay. They should know it by now."
Becky smile. She wanted to check twitter to see their fans reaction but Freen got her phone. "Can I just check my phone and see their reaction about it, please?"
"No." She disagree. "But you can have it later when we get home."
"We are going home already?"
"Yes, why? Do you want to go somewhere?"
"Can we celebrate?"
"I'm tired already. But let us call P'Saint to ask for food. We should celebrate with the team." Freen said excited.
"I'm thinking of celebrating just the two of us. Not that I do not want to share it with the team. I just think we both deserve to spend time together after this win."
"Hmm.. are you trying to set up a date with me?" Freen said giggling.
"Yes, always!" She said proudly.
"Aww.. I see. Let us celebrate tomorrow but tonight let us celebrate with the team."
"Sounds good to me." Becky replied happily. She does not mind at all as long as she have a secure one date with her P'Freen.
"Okay. Lets go the IDF building. I bet everyone is waiting for us."
"Okay naka."
IDF throw a party for the team to celebrate the win. They share food and drinks with tons of laughter. Freen and Becky had a great night together with the people that support and celebrate them as a couple and as an individual artist.
The next day, the couple celebrate their win by a simple staycation and dinner for two. They both enjoy this type of date —lowkey but romantic. 🥰
