My first day at “Hill Rock High” and I must say it’s going better than I thought. A few days ago, I was on patrol with my best friend and beta Miles.

We were doing our normal check of the borders, when I picked up the scent of fresh garden flowers.

Yeah, yeah, I know I’m in the forest, but this scent was one of a kind. I took off in the direction of the scent leaving my beta behind.

When I reached a clearing in the forest, I saw the most beautiful creature I’d ever seen. Taking pictures of the wildlife.

“She’s beautiful” I said to myself, her short curly hair, chocolate brown skin, and those lips…... sweet, sweet lips, I’d love to have a taste of.

She was at least five-six. I was so caught up in her beauty, that I didn’t realize I’d walk up to her subconsciously. I came back from cloud nine when I heard a twig snapped, only then I realized that I was staring. I was in my wolf form in front of her.

I scanned her face, only to see fear and panic and so much more in her features.

And why wouldn’t she?

All she knew is that she’s face to face with a giant wolf.

She started to back away slowly and my wolf gave her a low growl. She froze, stared at me and started again. This time I took small steps towards her with each step she took backwards.

I know that this would only scare the shit out of her more, but my wolf wanted to get a good look at our incredible beauty.

Continuing my small steps towards her, I stopped when I heard footsteps heading in our direction. My wolf wasn’t pleased with the interruption.

I turn on my paws and give her one last glance over my shoulder and took off in the direction I came. Back at the pack house, Miles was on my heels about what happen out there.

And I told him that I didn’t know, he gave me the “don’t tell me that bullshit” look on his face. I sighed, then told him I think I found my mate.

Miles began grinning from ear to ear like a kid that got his favorite sweetie, excited that she might be the packs future Luna.

I would not blame him.

I found my mate!

I myself couldn’t believe it, but it’s true. Joy filled me from the inside out and my excitement exploded like fireworks throughout my body.

I was determined to see her again, so I applied to “Hill Rock High” the only high school in the valley and started the very next day.

When I arrive the following day, I immediately caught her scent and my mouth started to water, it was like drug, and it took all my will power to keep it together.

While on my way to the principal office, I saw her talking to a friend and my wolf started going crazy. The need to touch her, hold her, was sending us both crazy with wild desires. I hid on the side of a locker to get a good look at my mate.

They were standing there a while before heading to class. She stopped and looked around as if she sensed something, she then shrugs and went her way.

The principal showed me to my class and what I saw there took my breath away. The teacher did the introductions and they all welcomed me.

My eyes were locked with hers. So, I slowly walk up to her and ask, “is this seat taken?” she sat there gazing up at me, I touch her should and ask again and she said “Its’ a free damn country sit wherever the hell you like.

My first day passed successful, but I was stupid at the same time. I’ve had no idea what I was thinking when I decided to sit so close to her. Knowing my wolf would want to take control and claim her right there.

My hands were screaming to grab her, hold her and never let go.

SHE’S MINE!

My pack was waiting for me back at the pack house to hear from me their Alpha, to see if I’d really found their future Luna. I answered their long waiting questions, and everyone erupted in howls and applause.

My Miles came up and congratulated me and ask so….

When are you bringing her home?

Finding my mate was one thing but she was human, and humans didn’t know that we werewolves existed.
