ice bath

it's evident you haven't been given your life ice bath
you haven't woken up

you're asleep as ever
so unconscious of the world around you

if you paid attention you wouldn't talk to me this way
you would see how much i've really changed

i'm not the same from even just three months ago
change is always happening in me
whether for good, whether for bad

now i have one more reason for you to look up to me

yes, i'm arrogant like that
i feel good knowing i'm finally doing things right

how are you doing?
preaching all your nonsense?
where have you gone?
have you gone far?
