staring at the sky
as it you were to descend, from it
as if all my questions "why?"
were to be answered
i know you watch me
[from a place very far from here]
lead me to the right places
i know [it,] really
when i think of you
my mind is filled with haze
in a never-ending daze
[follow my gaze]
give me more time
to spend my life
with you
i beg
i'm starin' at the sky
as if it can give me answers
[well,] if it can't, i'm going to surrender
[]
i wanna see you once more
hug you like before
so we can both head out the door
