Comfort [originally] / Tonk's Lullaby [new name]
It was especially stormy, but most of the pokemon didn't seem to mind it. Cocoa on the other hand was terrified.
Shivering under a blanket, she glanced around looking for somewhere to hide or someone to snuggle up to.
She saw Tonk laying on her side, curled up unaffected by the clashing outside.
Slumped to the floor Cocoa crawled out towards the sleeping Zoroark.
Scuttling over she bumped into a few sleeping joltiks and triped knocking into Tonks chest, waking her.
"Huh? Wha- ma? That you uh- oh Cocoa, honey what's wrong"
The little zorua pup stared shaking afraid that she was in trouble and from the loud thunder outside.
Tiny tears, real tears started to manifest themselves in the little pups eyes.
"Ma...ma..."
"Sweetie, I'm no- "
Cocoa never knew her real mother, she was really young when her mother was killed by hunters.
With hesitation she snuggled up to Tonk holding on to her arm with her lil paws.
It was heartbreaking,
This poor little baby, just needed someone to be her mother.
Tonk had children before but they had already grown up, some even evolving.
She cradled the pup close, poor lil gal was shaking so bad.
Tonk had an idea, there was a song she sung to her trainer when she was having panic attacks.
Oh sweet child do not be afraid
For I am here, right here to stay
It will okay
It will okay
For the moon and stars will light the way
And the sun will brighten even the darkest day
For all there is in this world today
Just know that I'm right here to stay
Time and space will illuminate the dark
And sun and moon will help you reach afar
Even if time doesn't heal your scars

For I will protect you for those who may harm
I will be your shield as well as your sword
To fight those who wish to bring nothing but pain
I may be no human but you see me as one
You didn't fear me because you know things can change
Just know that I'm here, right here to stay
Even on the most darkest day...

Cocoa wasn't shaking anymore, she looked up a Tonk with a lil smile on her face.
"You sing really pretty!"
"Aww thank you Cocoa, I use to sing that to your trainer when she was younger"
"Younger? Like when she was a baby?"
"No, but when she just turned into a teen, alot was happening in her mind, and she didn't know who she could talk to. Poor girl was a nervous wreck"
"I never seen her get scared, only sad and mad or happy"
"She doesn't wish to make us worry about her"
The zorua pup looked over to where the trainer was sleeping.
"Some have different responses to different situations" Tonk added, " and some don't know how to respond at all".
