Gianna's POV

I wake up with a big smile on my face.

I check the time, 10:39am. Perfect timing.

I walk into the kitchen of Step's apartment, to see that he had already made breakfast. There's an extra plate of bacon and scrambled eggs under tin foil.

I devour that and walk into the living room, to see Step watching Say Yes to the Dress.

I walk behind him on the couch and ask, "Why are you watching this?"

He jumps up and puts his hand on his chest. "Jesus Christ, Gianna. Don't do that, you're gonna give me a heart attack." He says, clearly out of breath.

I start laughing my ass off. "It's not funny!" I hear him protest.

I can't properly answer him but if I could've I would have said something along the lines of insulting his surprised face.

Once I recompose myself, I ask him if he was still driving me to the training center. He nods.

I walk back upstairs to get ready.

I brush my teeth and my hair, pulling it back with a black and white polka dotted tie-headband.

I walk into my room and take out an outfit from my bag.

I grab a white crop top that says love in an infinity sign. I also pull on some distressed denim shorts. I secure my Michael Kors rose gold watch, which I received from Step for my graduation, to my wrist. Since Derick told me to wear comfortable shoes, I pull on my mint green Vans.

I check the time, seeing that it is 11:14am.

"We're leaving in 5 minutes Gianna!" I hear Step yell, as if right on cue.

I make sure that everything I need is in my bag. I go to toss a sweater in but decide not to, as I remembered that Derick had that under cover.

I walk in the direction from which Step yelled from.

"You look great in that outfit, Gi. Nice choice." He says, observing my outfit.

I laugh and thank him.

He grabs the keys to his car and we walk out.

"Where's Ryan?" I ask him, unsure of my brother's where-abouts.

"He went home as soon as he woke up. Well, he actually took your bags out of Brass's trunk and brought it back to his house." Step informs me.

I nod, understanding.

We have small talk the whole drive to the training center.

Once we pull into the parking lot, I see Brass's car a few spaces away.

"Have fun, Gi." Step tells me, giving me an awkward in-car hug. I smile and get out of the car, as Derick also does.

I walk over to him and give him a hug.

"Ready for today?" He asks. I nod. He opens the passenger side door and I step in.

"I hope you don't mind but we are bringing Zucc along for ice cream," Brass tells me.

"I'm fine with it as long as you are," I say, chuckling.

Today was gonna be an eventful day.
