LOUIS POV:
Right now we're playing basketball, Niall's least favorite sport, but with three people, you can't really do anything real fun. So, we force him to play.

NIALL POV:
I HATE basketball, and the boys are forcing me to play.

It's not even just that I hate the sport though, I also feel kind of... off. But, I ignore the ceiling and continue playing.

It's not really that I'm bad at basketball, I just don't like all the running.

I get the ball from Louis, who's on the opposing team with Harry, and shoot the ball. It makes it in.

"Whoo!" Liam shouts.

For some reason, I'm really out of breath. I barely ran, right?

Maybe it's my asthma. My inhaler's in the car.

"Guys, I think my asthma is acting up. I'm gonna to get my inhaler from-" I start saying, but Louis cuts me off.

"Ngaio, we know you don't want to play. Stop making excuses."

"I-I'm not," hi say, annoyed, but also kind of sad the boys don't believe me.

He just scoffs.

"Let's keep playing," Harry shouts.

"Hold on," I say.

I break into a coughing fit.

"Drama queen," Louis says, sarcastically.

"Ni, are you faking it?" Liam whispers beside me.

I shake my head, still coughing.

"Whatever," he says.

We continue playing until I break into another coughing fit. Now I know it's my asthma.

This time, I don't even ask the boys went to the car. But, I stop when I start coughing again.

"Lou? Lou, Lou, Lou!" Harry start shouting, "I don't think he's faking anymore!"

Liam runs over and tried opening the car door, but it's locked!

"The keys are over here!" Louis shouts, bringing them over.

Can you unlock the car and Harry open the door, grabbing my inhaler.

He gives me a puff of medicine, then, too, but it doesn't work.

"Shit! It's not doing anything, we're going to the hospital!"

The boys rush into the car and Louis starts driving.

I clutch my chest in pain.

"I'm going to die," I think to myself.

Play clutch my chest harder, and grab Harry sleeve like my life depends on it.

We get there, somehow, without being pulled over.

"Someone, help! My friends, having an asthma attack!"

A nurse rush is over, and takes me into a room, putting an oxygen mask over my face.

HARRU POV:
This is all my fault.
I forced him to play.
I took too long to believe he was dying
I actually have asthma, I should know the signs!

One of my best friends is dying, and it's all my fault.

My breathing, it's faster in my heart rate picks up.

Am I dying? I think I'm dying.

Liam and Louis fell asleep, so the time we go by faster.

I start crying. It's a hospital, so it's not that abnormal to be crying. Then Liam wakes up.

"Hairy!? Harry, I think you're having a panic attack. Ok, calm down. Breathe with me," he says, putting his arms around me.

After he finally gets me calm, he talks to me.

"What happened to Niall is not your fault, it's all of ours. We all-" he says, but I cut him off before he can finish.

"But I have asthma! I should know the signs!"

"Harry, we all know the signs. We probably have seen them even more than you!"

Then, a doctor comes in.

"Niall Horan? Anyone here for Niall Horan?"

Liam and I stand up, and wake up Louis.

We walk over to the doctor.

"Your friend was very lucky," is all he says.

We nod. He starts walking, motioning us to follow him. We do. He leads us to Niall's room.

"You can visit him, but he can't go home until tomorrow morning," he says before leaving.

Niall's awake.

I immediately go to give him a hug.

"I'm sorry, Niall! I should've spotted the signs. And we shouldn't have made you play!"

"Look, all that matters, is that I'm ok now. And, uh, Harry, you can let go now."

I let go, but then hug him again.

The next morning we left, and never forced Niall to play another sport, after that.
