Liam, Daddy Direction, is having a bad day. A very, very bad day. His parents were in a car accident the day before, and he's obviously very sad about it. He notices Louis is having a bad day. Since he's the daddy of the group, he would usually go to check on him, but he doesn't, and everyone notices, even Louis is a little weirded out. Mostly the others though, and they call him out for it. He ends up in his room, crying, with no one to talk to.

LIAM POV:
I'm about to wake the others up, when my phone starts ringing.

I answer the number, not entirely knowing who it is.

"Hello?"

"Yes, is this Liam J. Payne?"

"Y-yea?"

"I am sorry to be the one to deliver this news, Mr. Payne, but your parents have been in a bad car accident."

Tears form around my eyes.

"H-how bad is it!?"

"We-we're not sure about that yet, but so far, it's not looking too good."

"Th-thanks for telling me..." I say before hanging up.

Just then, someone knocks on the front door.

I quickly wipe my tears away, and head to the door.

I answer.

"Hey Liam," Paul says.

I just nod, and signal him to come in.

"What's wrong?"

"N-nothing."

"Ok... well where're the others?"

"I- they're not awake yet."

"Don't you usually wake them?"

I shrug.

"I guess so."

"Ok, I can do it if you want?"

I nod.

"Please."

He goes to each of their rooms and wakes them up.

The boys come out, seemingly confused.

"Why is it so late? And why did Paul wake us up?"

I shrug.

"We're leaving soon."

"How soon?"

"Twenty minutes."

"Twenty minutes!? Why didn't you get us up earlier," Louis says.

More tears form at my eyes, but I quickly wipe them away.

"I-I'm sorry," I say, my voice obviously breaking.

They all walk off to get ready, and I stay with Paul.

"You gonna tell me what's up, buddy? I just wanna help."

I slowly shake my head.

"Later."

"Ok, whatever you're comfortable with," he says smiling.

I nod and look at my phone to distract myself for the rest of the time.

Fifteen Minutes Later
LIAM POV:
"Time to go!" Paul shouts out.

I quickly grab my stuff, and get up.

I sit next to Paul, in the passenger seat.

It's about an hour drive, to the interview, for some reason, so I have time.
